Off the Hook Seafood Eatery is so so good! I tried the fried fish with okra, broccoli, and a lemonade. I came during lunch time with my toddler and we shared all of this together. My toddler loved the lemonade. It's pretty tasty. Everything else was too spicy for my little one. It is such a cute little place. If you glance you'll miss it. I never even realized it was there driving by all of these years. I have always tried it and I'm glad to get a chance to devour this deliciousness! The place with busy during lunch and a lot of people come here to meet for lunch for work so lots of people in work clothes when I went but the seating moved fast and we had a place to sit right away. Next time I want to try other things on the menu. The prices are higher for the portions you get but you get fresh cooked food with every order so who can complain! Give them a try!

Right when you walk in this place you know that they fry a lot of things because of the smell. That isn't appealing to me personally but was crowded when I went. The seating was a little odd butI guess you have to be creative when you are limited on space. I really did enjoy the flavor of my shrimp and coleslaw so if I were to go back I'd get something else grilled with that same slaw.

I've been a fan of Off The Hook for years, but this was my first time dining in since the remodel and transition to Off The Hook Eatery--and let me just say, they did that. The place looks amazing. Clean, fresh, and welcoming with a totally upgraded interior AND a beautiful outdoor patio that really makes you want to hang out for a while. The staff was absolutely top-tier--super helpful, funny, and just made the whole experience feel easy and fun. You don't always get service with personality, but you definitely do here. They are the best! I ordered the Blackened Chicken Salad and the Grilled Fish & Jumbo Shrimp Basket with grilled asparagus as my side. I also got a banana pudding that was to die for! Everything was made fresh, seasoned absolutely perfectly, and came out hot and delicious. You can tell they seriously care about quality, and it shows. This is the kind of food that's well worth the wait since it's made fresh. If you haven't been in a while, GO BACK IMMEDIATELY. If you've never been--go hungry. Off The Hook is still a go-to spot, and somehow, it just keeps getting better.

5 stars Off the Hook - Great Spot for Seafood Cravings! Stopped by Off the Hook for some seafood and it hit the spot. I got the fish and chips--crispy on the outside, flaky on the inside, basically how fish should be. The fries were solid too--golden, hot, and not sad or soggy. Tried the Cajun-style fried pickles and wow, those had a bold flavor. Super tangy and heavy on the Cajun spices. I could only eat about a quarter of them at a time, but if you like strong seasoning, you'll probably devour them. Washed it down with a strawberry lemonade that tasted just like it should--nothing fancy, but exactly what I wanted. The place was really clean and had this cool 60s vibe going on, which made it feel super inviting. I'll definitely be back, especially for more fish, and next time I've got my sights set on the Cajun shrimp. Curious to see how spicy that gets.

Delicious and healthy seafood like grilled fish that is very flavorful with seasoning, grilled asparagus and broccoli sides and cole slaw. Excellent service via the drive-thru as well. Interior atmosphere also spacious. Highly recommended!

Food was FRESH, chef knew what he was doing!!! Spectacular fish; beautifully seasoned (as well as the grilled asparagus), tender, juicy, and steaming from being made to order in the kitchen you can see right into. If I could do 4.5 stars I would, because this place is casual and looks a bit like a hole in the wall and the cleanliness reflected that, but when it came to rating it 4 or 5 stars, the food tipped it over the edge. Because I don't care. The food is too good. The seasoning WILL get stuck in your teeth, so be prepared for that. Still worth it

Today they only had a limited menu. Which was disappointing because we had our eyes set on some specific menu items. Looks like their temporary menu is only for a week, so not sure how often this happens. Any who! The food was delicious! I had blackened Chicken Fries with fried okra. The chicken was juicy and seasoned well. The sriracha ranch they paired the fries and other toppings really complemented the whole dish! I would have never thought to add it. My friend got the Shrimp Po Boy said that it could have been more favorable, but the shrimp itself was cooked to perfection! The lemonades they have were great tasting and refreshing! Had my friend slurping on the ice at the end lol. The people working were friendly and helpful! I will definitely come back if I visit OKC again! Hopefully they will have the whole shebang !

My point being that with quite a few in close proximity, there's always a no-hassle, high quality last minute option available among the Hal Smith ecosystem. Hefner Grill is not usually the first choice for us since it's mainly seafood-based and not everyone in our party may feel like seafood at any given time. However, it's definitely become one of our "mix things up" choice when we are undecided on other options. Over the years, we've tried at least 50% of the total menu and everything is at least solid. There are certain dishes that run a bit bland/reserved like the Asian and Mediterranean influenced ones, but the pure American dishes typically nuke you with flavor (which I like). As with all Hal Smith restaurants, portion size is great. Prices are a bit high, but it's appropriate for the quality/service level. All in all, you can't go wrong here. It's never going to explode your brain, but it will also likely never let you down.

Five-Star Review: Rococo on Western…read more Rococo on Western continues to set the gold standard for upscale dining in Oklahoma City. From the moment you walk in, the service is nothing short of exceptional--warm, attentive, and perfectly paced. The staff makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit. But as great as the service is, the food is somehow even better. Every dish is crafted with the kind of precision and depth of flavor that only comes from decades of culinary mastery. The seafood is always fresh, the steaks are consistently perfect, and even the classics feel elevated. It's the kind of menu where you can't go wrong--every plate tells a story. At the heart of it all is Chef Bruce Rinehart, a true pillar of our community. His years of experience shine through every bite, and his commitment to excellence is matched only by his commitment to Oklahoma City. Bruce has built more than a restaurant--he's built a place where people gather, celebrate, and feel at home. In fact, they have a wood burning, free standing fireplace in the front of the restaurant facing Western, which is out of site from the majority of the restaurant. Seating in that area can be reserved. I ordered A Bloody Marry. It was OK, but not one of my favorites. The price was right. Jan ordered a momossa, and it was good, more bubbly than orange juice, which is normally not the case. We both had the Chicken Fried pork Chop. It comes with black beans, pan fried diced potatoes and a fruit cup. The pork chop, covered in brown gravey, was very good. The black beans were dry and lifeless. The diced potatoes were OK, but nothing to write home about. The fruit cup was enjoyable. Really liked the venue. It's nicely appointed and confortable. It has a nice vibe. The prices are moderate, the noise low.

My meal was Charbroiled Oysters - Half Dozen. The flavor was amazing and the size of the oysters was plenty big. It came with 4 buttered pieces of toast and a light creamy dipping sauce that was a perfect pairing. My husband got the Fried Seafood Platter. It started with Ana amazing Crab Cake (usually not a fan but theirs is great). You get some regular fried shrimp and some double stuffed fried shrimp. Fried oysters and frog legs. The tartar sauce was a great pairing and not overly tart. The customer service was excellent, atmosphere was great for a couples date night or a large family meal. It's a little on the pricing side but the food is worth every bit of it.
