K5. Kids Fried Catfish Basket 2 Pieces with French Fries

They were not very busy when we were having lunch there. The server/cashier was very attentive. Food wise - quite greasy. Will probably not be back.

Had a fun birthday dinner there! Great boil; and hibachi with fresh veggies. No frills but good food very reasonably.

Bless their hearts, they worked hard for us and the rest of the dining room. By 5:30, all the tables were occupied and the place was rocking (quietly). Food and service were fantastic. Focaccia and oysters to begin. 1 gin & tonic & 1 orange wine as aperitifs + 1 btl of Sonoma or WA Pinot Noir w/ dinner. Summer squash, (2) schnitzel and swordfish for entrees. Sweet corn ice cream for dessert. Wonderful evening w/ friends and great food. 5/5

This was the best meal I've had in OKC in a very long time…read more My wife and I did a little date night. The restaurant isn't much to look at from the outside--just a tiny little white and blue building. Sitting right off 10th, parking is tight as well. Inside isn't fancy, but that's my vibe. There is an outdoor patio I didn't get to check out, but the road noise from 10th is pretty noticeable even inside. Overall the atmosphere feels small town coastal, local, and not pretentious, but does suffer slightly from its location. Service was friendly, and paced as expected for fine dining. Honestly, it's refreshing to not feel rushed at a dinner service. We enjoyed our conversation over a bottle off their (small) wine list instead. We ordered the spring pre fix and it was just ALL hits, no misses. I wrinkled my nose at the menu a bit because I don't particularly love fennel or mint or lamb or hell even salmon but I I have been converted. The food was amazing. Perfectly cooked, seasoned, and portioned. The bread...the bread was the best bread starter I've tried. My wife hates oysters and loved the oyster (she tries everything cos she's not a child). The gnocchi was pillowy soft and amazing, not gummy or dense or mushy. The asparagus?! Amaze amaze amaze. 5 perfect courses (6 if you count the 2x different items for the table) for $77 a person?!?! Yes. We're going back asap.

The food scene comparatively means the TX is better OK by a landslide. Why? The immigrants, duh! They put their soul and soles into their cooking and this place was a nice change of pace from what I normally get. But here's the low down. You cannot do two specials at once, why? Because... they're specials. You're not meant to combine them with other things. So get over that. Our server Ryan was awesome and patient with us and explained what we wanted to know so here it is! Ayce special is basically $48 per person. They say one but they also do let you know about their automatic gratuity that is included. The entire table has to do it because dishonest people have taken that mile by ordering one thing and then their friends get the ayce and give their friends more food... so we reap what they sowed. It sucks but get over it. It's 1.5 pounds per round of seafood. So order what you want and do not waste, if you do it's $15 per pound of waste that they charge extra just in case. We took the special blend, medium spice, and had plenty of crab legs, mussels, shrimp head on and off, and sides. Eggs aren't included but they're $2.50 for 2. It comes with 2 potatoes and 1 corn per order but you can order more. We had a great time, though the only thing I could say that the food needs a tad more seasoning. Like a little acid and a little more umami. Maybe more garlic but it was an 8/10 for me. Would we come again and feel sick to our stomach? Yes. Would we bring my family? Also yes.

I live in Tulsa and I'm already plotting my return to OKC for mushroom risotto and basil…read moremousse...so there's your review. This dinner-only spot is tucked into a strip center with easy parking. Inside is modern, chic, and beautiful, down to the table settings. We were even greeted with complimentary Prosecco--a cute little touch. Service was fantastic. Our server was helpful, attentive, and genuinely seemed excited about the food she was serving. We started with East Coast oysters--small, delicate, and delicious with house-made cocktail sauce and horseradish that gives you that little nose burn. If you know, you know. The mushroom risotto was divine--rich, sharp, and loaded with actual mushrooms, not three little pieces playing hide-and-seek. My friend's homemade lobster tortellini was good, although a little one-note for me. She loved it, and I'm not a pasta girl, so listen to her. But the short rib was THE winner. Rich and savory with demi-glace, perfectly cooked asparagus, and a tangy, citrusy basil mousse that completely brightened the dish. I'm still thinking about the darn mousse. Bathrooms? Beautiful, marble, spotless. We love to see it. Great service, beautiful space, and food worth driving back from Tulsa for. The basil mousse and mushroom risotto WILL see me again.

Our waitress was very knowledgeable and attentive. Thankfully she kept the water coming since it was a little warm even at 7pm. Our group ordered 3 appetizers, recommended by our waitress: yellowtail carpaccio, gnocchi fritto, and wild mushroom arancini. My favorite was the wild mushroom arancini. For dinner we had squid ink bucatini, lobster tortellini, garden pea and ricotta ripieni, and spicy cavatelli. Everyone seemed pleased with their selections. My only wish was that we could order some veggies as a side with our meals.

I've tried a few places on this journey to satisfy my craving but none have been able to compete with the Crawfish Pot. Their crawfish have been consistent in flavor, freshness, and affordability. I literally got crawfish from here every single day last week and it's been *chefs kiss* I've only ordered takeout/pickup but the dining space looks really clean inside. The staff are super sweet and quick service (like 10 mins for pickup when they open). I've tried the Don seasoning in various spice levels. Spicy is my favorite. When I get over this craving I shall try other things on the menu but for now, check out this place!
