Somehow this was our first time eating at Burger Punk. I'm so glad we did. Ramsey's service was awesome. It was one of the best experiences that I can remember having with a particular server. Thanks for being weird - that resonated well with me and my family! :-). The burgers were awesome. The chicken sandwiches, both spicy and non-spicy, were great. We had fries three ways, and you can't go wrong whether you pick plain with dips, chili-cheese, or truffle-parm. The restaurant had a "burger punk" decor. The walls were covered in skulls, there were car shows on the TVs, and -bonus points- they were showing Top Gear UK over the bar! We will be back. People were friendly. Was asked if I wanted regular or truffle fries -they recommended the truffle fries but they should've said, "and for $2 more we have truffle fries." They didn't mention the truffle fries. It was a bar. I thought the soda would be in a refillable glass with ice. It was a can. Back to the fries.. They looked like nice crinkle fries, but they tasted dry and had a tiny pinch of parm on top. They left my lips feeling greasy. Maybe that was the truffle oil. Burger had 6 ounces of meat. Disappointing. Anyhow, I will not be going back. I've been to The Garage twice and thier food was much better. Anyhow, the men at the next table were enjoying their business lunch. Great burger spot! I was doing some work around the corner and found out they have a second location on Britton. Just like the original, this location had amazing food. I tried their burger egg rolls and they were a fun appetizer to try. I think anything on their menu is a hit. I like how they make their burger patties. Not too thick as I'm more of a smash burger fan. Their fries were well seasoned as well. We came at 2pm so there was no wait. The service was great. They checked on us and refilled our waters. This spot's always on my short list when the burger cravings hit. Great food, solid service (most of the time), cute cozy dark decor, and now that the Britton District road work is done, it's even easier to get to. Back when they had a late-night happy hour--discounted burgers after 8pm (if my memory serves me correctly) and $3 drafts--we were regulars (at least once a month). These days, we swing by less often since that deal's gone, but the food still hits the spot. Their Mac 'n cheese is unmatched, as you may have already heard, and the OG Punk and Onion Smash Burgers--my personal favs--always delicious. YE pro tip: extra house pickles and punk sauce on the side. Crinkle fries with liquid gold? Yes, you are correct. Load me up, please. The fries are always served hot and delicious. Maybe I come when I have a hankering for cheese, lol. They do right by me--all the cheesy deliciousness you can imagine, happens here in the best possible ways, burger, Mac' n' cheese and cheesy fries. I get that times have been tough, especially with the construction on Britton, but I'd love to see that happy hour return someday. Found this place on Yelp, and saw it had great reviews. And it was close to where we were. Glad we tried this place! Jacob was out serving and was friendly and easy to talk to. He recommended the thrash nachos and glad he did! Very good. Would order those again! We also ordered the bourbon wings, theta burger, the clash burger, hamburger mac and cheese eggrolls and order of crinkles. Pickles on the burger tasted homemade, liked those a lot! The egg rolls were large! Definitely no skimping on size with these. It was super chill, easy going place. And in a fun area. And visually great aesthetics. Would recommend!! Very good all around!! An interesting place to stop in for a burger. I opted for the Monthly Special. This month is the French Dip Burger - and to be honest it was just okay. They need to work on perfecting this burger. The onions were merely grilled and not carmelized. So it lacked the flavor necessary for the French Dip. The burger was cooked just fine but the Au Jus needed more of a beef flavor as well. Overall it turned out to be just a medicore burger. The upside great fries! If you're going, here are a few of my tips don't get the soda, it's $2.25 a can. Instead order water and save the money for the shake! Now here is the positive - the shake is $5.00 and you can get the ButterfInger or Oreo. Which I believe is a must try! read more

It was really a pretty good meal. The fries were exceptional. However, I will not be going back and there is a reason. Since when is it normal for anyone to perform an up charge on condiments that are normally on a hamburger to begin with. I've been to the other location and more recently this location. Wasn't my choice after my forgettable experience at the other location. Our server was nice and the place looked cool, but the food definitely disappointed. To further lower the review, the food didn't justify the cost. Ordered two appetizers and three burgers. Sauces across the board tasted watered down. I ordered the fried cheeseburger mac eggroll(can't recall the exact name), and they were so bland. Well, we were running late to meet our friends for a movie at Flix, and needed food. He wanted burgers, of course. So we landed here and the first burger I see is the Whiskey Mushroom burger. And it has truffle on it. Sign a girl up. That's my kinda burger. I've had truffle burgers before - I lived in LA for 11 years. But THIS truffle burger. Ermergerd. Really great vibe inside. They also have a nice patio. Burgers were great. I had the Clash because I can't say no to anything that has Doritos on it. It was awesome. Grilled onions, jalapeños, cilantro, Doritos and an incredible sauce. Their fries are the best I've had in OKC for sure. The crinkle cut fries, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Definitely recommend the Turbo drink too. Best way to describe it is like an 'adult Frosty' because it was a coffee, whiskey frozen drink. So good.
