Where do I start? Conrad took over management of Rosemount Condominiums almost one year ago and everything has been downhill ever since. Almost immediately I was sent ledgers showing that I was behind in my HOA payments from 3-4 years ago. I provided all bank records but they still keep sending me invoices and are assessing late fees. In addition, I had vandalism to my side gate and Conrad cited me for it, stating "whether you did this or somewhat else you know did, you are responsible for fixing it." My latest citation told me "you need to hire someone to paint this gate." I am 73-years old, on sociality security and a small retirement check - I do not have the money to just hire someone, especially when I wasn't at fault. Other citations - my US flag is weathered (which it's not) and I'd need to buy a new one, telling me that I have too many pots on my front porch (I have 5 small ones), the color of the handle on my screen door is silver and it needs to be nickel colored, I did not get permission to put a "no solicitors" sign on my front door (even though someone I spoke with at Conrad stated the signs sold at Fred Meyer were fine). To top if off, we were recently assessed a 16.7% increase in our HOA' dues effective 1/1/24 (for me this equals $60/month in addition to the $394.00/month that I now pay). Vandalism is on the rise in our area which Conrad turns a blind eye to. It's all about money & harassing the homeowners to nickel and dime them for what they perceive are violations of the HOA rules and regulations (which are vague and over 10+ years old). Likewise, my neighbors are experiencing many of the same issues with Conrad. Worse management company ever and I purchased my condo 17 years ago and have never missed a payment nor ever been cited for any violation. Maybe it's time to get an attorney??? read more
