He fulfilled these and more with a solid purchase agreement the very day the property was listed. He has more than ten years experience in the local residential real estate market. Evidently this let him zero in on the offer that was most likely to deliver what I was after, since subsequent interactions with the buyer are proving Jeff's instincts to be correct. Throughout, Jeff's primary concern was providing a stress-free experience for me. His nearly 24-7 availability and facility with the all the different aspects of the sale process meant that my readiness to go to market was the only real delay. I would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone who wants an agent who puts them first and who is able to plot a sure course through all the decisions and legal agreements involved in selling a home.

They knew all this and yet reassured me that if I pay off all my bills I would be able to buy a home. My case was very difficult for them because before I could buy a house I needed to find a buyer for my condo which was badly in need of work. Plus I had a lot of pets and no way to really do a proper showing. However thanks to Gina (who was wonderful, btw) I was able to get a buyer for my condo. But this left me with a limited time to find a house. I found two homes I loved and put offers down on one. In 2006 when the time came to sign the paperwork for my condo I was called in and did everything in person, having someone on hand to explain to me what I was signing. Last year this did not happen. I got a whole bunch of emails with contracts from various places that the email asked me to auto sign with no one there to offer guidance or explain the forms to me. This was difficult for me because I am 60 years old and not tech-savvy. I could not read half of what I signed. My offer was accepted on the house. When I went to meet with Matt Dubas I asked when the inspection would be done on the house. He told me the inspection was waived. I had never agreed to this, nor would I if I had known one of the forms they deceptively slipped into one of those electronic email contracts had me sign this waiver. I was also not told during this meeting with Matt that I still had the ability to back out of the deal. Which I would have if I had known I could, because there was the other house I liked just as much. I moved into a home built in 1900 that needs a $30k roof replacement. I borrowed $6000 from a friend and settled for repairing the roof instead. After just one winter the siding is starting to peel off the house. I had a specialist out to look at the home and it will cost me $40k to get the house resided. Both of these things would have been brought to my attention if I had had the house inspected--which I DID want to happen and never happened. This realtor has told me several times that mine was one of the most difficult sales they have had. I truly think they snuck that form into the contract for me to unknowingly sign to get me into a house and be rid of me. The broker Brian Acey (also at Keller Williams) called me last week and told me there should have been a form I would have to sign to waive the inspection on the house--and someone on hand to explain to me that is what I was signing. That never happened. Mr. Acey also said I should have been informed after the fact that I still could back out of the deal. That never happened either. Mr. Acey then spoke to Matt and called me today. Now suddenly he is telling me "oh there was a form electronically sent that you signed" (auto signed). And when I reminded him of the things he told me over the phone last week, suddenly he doesn't "recall" saying any of that to me. I am 60 years old. I guess Mr Acey must assume I am a forgetful old lady with a poor memory, but I am not. I remember things very well and write down important things I am told in phone calls. But I guess lying through one's teeth and using deceptive tactics to get an older person barely able to make ends meet into a home they cannot afford to get rid of them is perfectly ok to do if you work for Keller Williams.

She was a great renter who paid rent on time and left her unit in immaculate condition upon move-out. She had no issues. Fast forward to June of 2025, she applied to live at HARMONY at Mill Creek Townhomes which is another property managed by T Square Properties and rented a townhome site unseen. Because of her good experience with T Square Properties in the past, she felt confidant to lease site unseen. July 6, 2025 was move in day and she had all her belongings in a Uhaul, upon entering her unit she quickly realized it was not move-in ready. The unit was filthy and had not been maintenanced, painted, cleaned and the carpets were dirty with caked dog/cat hair at the edges where the carpet meets the wall. The carpets were urinated on by pets and the unit had a very strong, overpowering odor of pet urine and feces. We have 137 photos of the filthy unit. When she attempted to contact the management company there was zero response until one of the leasing agents texted her at midnight!! which in what world is it okay to respond to someone at midnight via text? So unprofessional! My sister sent emails and called multiple times and was passed off to multiple people that work in the office with no one getting back to her. My sister had to drive to their office in Bothell this morning to get someone to address the situation and all she got was office staff not knowing anything about why her unit was not move in ready. In the days prior to move in, management sent my sister a couple emails saying that everything was good to go as far as move in and gave her the code to the front door and they expressed how nice it was for her to be returning as a past resident. What an awful experience this has been. A uhaul full of her belongings and now after demanding that they refund her the $5,000 she paid to move in, a single, hard working mother with two small children is scrambling to find somewhere to live that is in the same area and within her children's school boundaries. What an absolute failure this was on behalf of T Square Property Management. I have been working in the property management industry for 20 years and this is unacceptable and they dropped the ball big time. Renters beware of this management company and always inspect your unit prior to move-in accompanied by one their leasing professionals. Take pictures and videos and make sure the unit is move in ready. The rental should be maintenanced/turned and painted or touch up painted, carpets cleaned or replaced and cleaners have thoroughly cleaned the rental properly for the next resident to move in. Jennifer is a HOUND!…read more Let me explain, since that probably doesn't sound flattering. My wife and I were turned on to Jen at the beginning of October through a family friend, and we wanted to push forward the process to move in faster, since rates are so good and prices are still low. Jennifer and her partner Julie busted hump to get us listings in our area that followed our parameters, and sped us through the offer phase, barely squeezing in our offer before any others could be signed. And she fought for our price very aggressively. I'd recommend her to any of my friends or family in a hearbeat.

She went above and beyond every step of the way, explaining all of my options to me, and counseling me on what she recommended as the best approach, but ultimately empowering me to make all of the decisions based on the scenarios she laid out and the information she helped to provide. I wisely followed her suggested approach each and every time, and each and every time it worked out to my benefit, greatly exceeding the sales expectations for my place and ensuring the smoothest possible process along the way. She helped chase vendors for me, and had great suggestions and even some discounts on third party contractors to do necessary repairs. When we discovered a leak during pre-inspection - the responsibility of the HOA and the upstairs neighbor to address - she politely but persistently chased the HOA and the neighbor to ensure the work was completed ASAP. She ensured the place looked IMMACULATE for the photos and the open house and, as she predicted, we had competing offers and a confirmed buyer well over asking price within two days of the open house! All of this is enough to rate her an A+++++++. But then, two weeks before closing, she really demonstrated how much care she puts into her work and taking care of her clients when she called me with the news that someone had broken into my unit, which I'd already moved out of. She decided to swing by "just to check on it" and found the break in - and thank god she did otherwise who knows when we would have discovered these squatters! Luckily there was no damage done because Jen caught it so early, but she took all the necessary action on my behalf, getting in touch with the police to ensure they kept an extra watch on the area and even continually stopped by to ensure all was ok during the two weeks until I signed the final papers knowing that I was 30 minutes away. Talk about above and beyond!!!! Jen had my best interests in mind every step of the way, and gave me so much piece of mind during my first time through the often overwhelming and confusing process of selling a house. I've been raving about her nonstop to my friends and family and, although I'm not usually a frequent Yelper, wanted to share even more broadly what a great experience I had. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! But just know that if you're lucky enough to work with Jen, you will be in GREAT hands.

To be transparent, we are property owners, so this review is from the owner's point of view. Having said that, he's been proactive in making sure the rental house is in a good shape, including regular annual maintenance. This is to ensure tenants get what they pay for. One thing David really stands out is his responsiveness and timely communications. Tips: believe it or not, best way to contact him is via email. He'll call me as soon as he's available whenever I ask him to call me via email. His email responses are mostly cryptic and straight to the point, and some folks may take that differently. But for us, we like his cut-to-the-chase, no-nonsense style. Believe us, we have had a different property manager before, and he may seem courteous, but his responsiveness and professionalism are not even close to David's.
