That should have been my first red flag. They smelled as if they had not been bathed at all and my golden who I paid extra to have undercoat removed clearly had not been furmirated. When we go on vacation, we rent a "run" so the 3 can stay together and have plenty of room to run around. They also offer smaller pens and you can get "playtime" and "walks" etc. We've been using them for years and our dogs have NEVER come home sick or sad. They always come home happy and healthy, which is huge with a kennel. We went through a period last year, where I literally had to board them every weekend for 2 months due to a family situation on the west coast, and they came back to me happy as clams every week. Their prices are also SUPER reasonable. The owner is very accessible and friendly. On the grooming side, Nicole does a great job! I've had them groomed several times, while staying there. She does a good job interacting with the dogs and they come out looking adorable and smelling great. My dogs are a bit nervous of new people, but they took to her immediately. She's a sweet person and a great groomer with very fair pricing. I highly recommend both the boarding and the grooming.

It was easy to schedule a "meet and greet" with Amy and Andrew, who are visiting our two dogs (a quiet 9-year old and a 5-year old with attitude; both sighthounds) about 3 times a week. Since then Amy and Andrew have taken care of our pups for the past month or so. They are both responsible and have the kind of calm personality that all dogs feel comfortable being around. They've followed all our instructions, provided very detailed updates and pictures, and taken good care of our doggies. So far I am very pleased with the service. We love our dogs like children and feel good about entrusting Amy and Andrew with their care.

I had to look for some answers on their App, and the next day I got a phone call to see if I need help with anything! I love the fact that they are open from 7 am and they are also open on weekends. Some veterinarian are not working on weekends or that early morning!
