Have an amazing experience at Concourse Optometry. First off the office is small but very tidy and modern looking. The check-in process was very easy and prior to my appointment, I received notifications to confirm my appointment via text message and phone. The staff are all very nice and professional and explain each step of the process of the eye testing and exam. Dr. Chen is also phenomenal; she was very patient and explained everything to me during the eye exam. You can tell she cares and is super enthusiastic with her patients; i.e; for example, she noticed that my glasses kept on slipping down the bridge of my nose during my exam. Inquired about it and asked if she could do a quick fix to my current glasses to remedy the problem. She was also super enthusiastic and very hands-on with my new glasses selection. 100% recommend. It's always tough finding a new doctor let alone an excellent one who is caring, has great 'bedside' manners, thorough, honest and makes one feel at ease. I was a little uncertain as I was a cash paying client and also tend to postpone doctor appointments as long as possible. I was pleasantly surprised and can say Dr. Chen and her staff is hands down the best optometrist I have been too. I was given a more thorough and complete eye exam with state of the art equipments to diagnose any/all possible issues with my eye than any other optometrist I've been to. With some of the positive eye test results, Dr. Chen also said I wouldn't need to do an additional test that was suggested on the standard paperwork I filled out. Many doctor's would have just went ahead and done unnecessary tests for the revenue. Note: Don't book around lunch time as it's located in a strip mall and parking can be difficult. read more

If you are looking for a new optometrist, look no further! Dr. Chen is literally the best optometrist I have ever been to. Her office is super clean, has an extensive selection of glasses/sunglasses, and her staff is super nice and friendly! Dr. Chen takes her time with you and always listens to your concerns. I've had previous doctors just tell me that my eyes are the way they are and there is nothing that can be done to improve my vision. Dr. Chen listened to my concerns and tried her best to get my vision to a spot where I was satisfied. After a few years with her, she recommended I get Lasik and referred me to a great doctor nearby. I had all my follow up appointments with her after my surgery and she always answers all my questions. Concourse Optometry is located the Trade Shopping Center and if you are familiar with that plaza, you know that it gets really crowded during lunch hour. Parking can be tricky there at times, but thankfully Dr. Chen has a reserved spot in front of her business! So glad I found Dr. Chen! read more
