Even though Google, Yelp, and their website say 12AM. I stopped by just now and the employee took one look at me - and I instantly knew that look. He wasn't too happy because I showed up 5 minutes before closing. TOTALLY understandable but I didn't know I showed up 5 minutes before closing. In my head I showed up one hour early. I think he could have gotten his point across without the sarcastic, unfriendly tone. I work at a facility where if someone shows up one minute before closing or even at closing time, we still have to remain open and we don't get to leave until an hour or more later. But I'm always still pleasant to my customers. I didn't even go in because I didn't want to be that jackass and inconvenience anyone, but he certainly made me feel like a jackass. I'd suggest the manager or someone update the CVS hours, please don't get mad at your customers for abiding by the hours stated everywhere on the internet and your page. It's not fair to employees or customers. Updating the hours will probably make both employees and customers happy.

Pulled into parking lot and went inside. Pharmacy closed. Spoke with two different staff members. Both indicated the current pharmacist is frequently late and doesn't answer their calls. The doctor gave me a written prescription. I got in my car. This was the first place I called since it's not far off 85. The lady I spoke with was very helpful. She told me the prescription was wrong and I needed to go back into the doctor to prevent delays. She was right. They rewrote the prescription and sent it to the pharmacy. I drove to the pharmacy. The First Lady didn't think they had the medicine. The Second Lady, I believe the same One I spoke to the phone, said they had it and it would be about 20 minutes. In under 20 minutes it was ready and I was out the door. Saved me a lot of time and I energy!

Even he is gobsmacked. Kellen asks if I have insurance. I tell him we're between jobs so not at the moment. He says he's going to try to help me and starts looking for legitimate discounts. What he actually does is put himself in someone else's shoes and then takes the time to be human. When I go to check out, the screen says $29.99. Yep. I needed a moment to decide whether to ask them to contact my son's doctor for an alternative medication or proceed with the prescription. Within seconds, she snapped at me, asking if I didn't see the people waiting in line behind me. I don't expect anyone to go above and beyond, but I certainly did not expect such rude comments or behavior--especially when discussing a child's medication and cost concerns. I will never go back here.
