The doctor gave me a written prescription. I got in my car. This was the first place I called since it's not far off 85. The lady I spoke with was very helpful. She told me the prescription was wrong and I needed to go back into the doctor to prevent delays. She was right. They rewrote the prescription and sent it to the pharmacy. I drove to the pharmacy. The First Lady didn't think they had the medicine. The Second Lady, I believe the same One I spoke to the phone, said they had it and it would be about 20 minutes. In under 20 minutes it was ready and I was out the door. Saved me a lot of time and I energy!

I needed a moment to decide whether to ask them to contact my son's doctor for an alternative medication or proceed with the prescription. Within seconds, she snapped at me, asking if I didn't see the people waiting in line behind me. I don't expect anyone to go above and beyond, but I certainly did not expect such rude comments or behavior--especially when discussing a child's medication and cost concerns.
