It's imperative for small business with no or limited IT staff to ensure they have someone with experience and their business needs in the right priority. In the case of a consumer, the choices are stark as well. You can take your computer into the geek squad, fire dog or nerd heard, but the tales online of customer service are numerous. You never know if a competent tech will be working on your system, loss of all your family pictures and such are frequent and in many cases unnecessary. In short, while they are mainly geared toward business users I have never hesitated to recommend them for consumers as well who have asked where they should take their systems for repair.
