I've been using Sage IT for a couple years now. I've known them to be a good company. I've had the opportunity to meet a number of their staff when setting up and servicing my store and home computers. Each technician seemed to be knowledgeable and professional (despite being a little on the younger side). My review though comes for an internet issue I just had at my home. Mike was assigned to my ticket. Mike really went above and beyond to solve my problem. He remotely logged into my home computer, he diagnosed the issue and he helped get on the phone with my internet provider for them to run tests also. Once it was determined that I needed to replace some of my equipment he went so far as to send me links to the equipment I needed to purchase and was even so kind as to follow up on a couple occasions to make sure that my new equipment was installed and that everything was functioning properly. I am not very tech savvy so this was extremely helpful service to me! I was happy with the service before but I am definitely a fan now because of the outstanding service Mike provided. I love 858pc! I'm a chiropractor in Mission Valley with electronic medical records so everything is done on our computers from patient check-ins, to chart notes, to X-rays and special imaging. What a stroke of luck to have come across Sage IT to maintain my computers (formerly 858PC). Darren and Louise are very knowledgeable, and seem to be able to handle just about everything. Actually, all the staff provides exceptional service. Until recently, I owned a Real Estate company, plus I have my own computers.
