Very Very Pleased! I decided to get into the Mac computer world - had some time (and money) on hand, so I purchased a new iMac. I had Geeksquad come out and hook everything up - pc, iMac, printer and kybd/mouse and data transfer. Everything worked at first, but then I couldn't get online with the pc, and not everything got connected. Called Geeksquad again. They transferred me from one person to another - until I was transferred to a person with very poor English so I hung up. Finally got an estimate ($350.00) - unacceptable. Fed up, I goggled for computer repair company's in the area and from the first 10 on the list, I called the first four computer service businesses and left a message. Only one called me back - Tech Pros. He said he could be there in the afternoon. The tech came and fixed everything - $187.50. I was very pleased with his work and his pleasant, enthusiastic altitude. (The other three computer companies all called me back... eventually - the next Monday morning.) I used to own a computer store in Oregon called The Computer Barn. Then I got into the Internet business and built the second largest ISP on the Front Range. I'm not actually a dummy when it comes to these machines. I got infected with a virus and I knew enough to really get myself in trouble. I also knew enough to call a professional who is up to date on all the latest threats. Eric came to my house where I run my business from. Turns out all three of the computers were infected and were going down in flames. Being someone who used to do this kind of rescue work for a living I was most likely a pain in the butt watching over his shoulder, but I can say this; Eric not only knows his stuff, he knows how to think. My laptop was in horrible shape - infected with a ton of viruses and our home computer was as slow as can be --- then Tech Pros came to the rescue!! They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, fair, fast and friendly. We called them in to repair one computer, but they managed to repair both of our computers!! They don't waste any time!! The tech also fixed our internet connection; uninstalled Norton anti-virus (which I learned can be a pain to get rid of) and he repaired other small computer glitches that we discovered. Tech Pros is a company I have worked with for seven years. Of course, I recommend them. Furthermore, I have recommended them to about five of the companies I do business with. Furthermore, I can think of an additional three more referrals from those five. Tech Pros computer repair and various other business, or onsite business Installation, troubleshooting and configuration offers their, "We fix it or you don't pay! that's right... no charge". I love that aspect. In addition, they honor that. They are very fast. The get out to your site and get the job done. These guys got their stuff together, they where at my office with in 1-hour of the service call and had my computer network back up and running in about 20 minutes. They also ran some kind of system clean up and now my computers run alot faster. They cost a little more than some of the computer techs.
