Do not bring your computer or any GameStop to this location. He's a big scammer a big liar. It's been two months that I give him my game and he's been playing around with me two months. He's a big scam liar. Do not go here. I'm warning you guys dnt go here. His customer service is bad and believe me he's a big liar.

we paid $240 and are still waiting after two weeks, no more responses

DO NOT deal with this merchant. I wish yelp update their ranking, don't be deceived by the overall rating 4+, 9 out of the most recent reviews since 2025 are 1 star!!! What happens to me is still unresolved, reading past reviews, my only resort is perhaps through police 1. I sent my chromebook for screen repair 2 weeks ago, the ower responded with a promise to repair in one hour with $160 estimate 2. Upon receiving the chromebook, he changed to color is different so new estimate is $240 and need to wait for the part, new estimate 1 week. Ok, I thought fine, that happens 3. From then on, things got out of control, no ready after 1 week. Ok, I will give another few days. 4. Now he is not responding to anything, no reply to yelp message, no response in phone calls (voice mail full) I will update my result, and I wish other people can re-sort yelp reviews in chronological order

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this computer shop and its manager. We initially brought in my husband's PC because the monitor would go black on startup. The manager diagnosed it as a broken motherboard and charged us $390 to fix it, claiming it came with a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, the issue was never resolved. When we returned the PC, he kept giving us the runaround, suggesting additional upgrades like a new graphics card and increasing the RAM from 16GB to 32GB. We paid another $670 for those upgrades, along with reinstalling Windows 11--only for the same problem to continue happening. On top of that, the service was extremely unprofessional. Every time we were told the device would be ready, it never was. We would show up and be told to wait an hour, which would turn into several hours, or be told to come back the next day--only for it still not to be ready. This happened repeatedly. When I expressed frustration after waiting days, he dismissed my concerns and said he had customers waiting for months, which is completely unacceptable. The shop environment itself is chaotic. He frequently speaks inappropriately about unrelated topics instead of focusing on the work, and even makes offensive comments about different groups of people. He also asks customers to do favors for him, like testing TVs or computers, which is not professional at all. In another incident, I brought in a working PS5 to sell. Without my permission or payment, he took it apart for parts. It took over a week--and my brother stepping in--for me to finally get paid. The same thing happened when I returned a monitor I had purchased from him; he said returns were allowed, but it still took a week to get my money back. He often takes devices apart, gives a quote, fails to fix them, and then moves on to the next customer, repeating the same cycle. My husband's PC was left in pieces, and parts like screws were lost--he even had to take screws from other machines to try to reassemble it. When my husband finally asked him to just put it back together so we could take it elsewhere, he said it wasn't his problem if he didn't know how'd to put it back together. To make matters worse, despite multiple requests, he has never provided receipts for the money we paid. He constantly says he'll send them "tomorrow" or have them ready next time, but never follows through. Overall, this has been a costly and stressful experience. We lost a significant amount of money and time dealing with someone who is unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest. I strongly recommend avoiding this business.

Very bad follow up and their mailbox is full

Daniel C.

They finally called me back after and Venmo'd me the funds for the computer. funds They took my computer and told me they'd give me a quote. They never followed up. I called them again and they said they'd call me back and did not call me back. Will gladly update the review once I am given funds for the computer or the computer is returned.

Came in when my Macbook started to restart every 20 minutes back in January. Brian changed my motherboard and gave me a keyboard skin for free! I wasn't able to come in the day as planned but he told me he would call me the next day in the morning if he was coming in early and he did! I came in again today because my monitor hasn't been working and he checked my laptop immediately and fixed it free of charge. Great service and very recommended! read more

First time customer here! I'm from out of the area and found this place through a frantic Yelp search. I dropped my laptop a couple months ago and it seemed okay for a while, but today it suddenly wouldn't physically open and kept making extremely worrying cracking sounds... As a student with a project due tonight + freelance translator with a case due in a few days, I had a lot of important documents in there and I was very, very worried. The service here was efficient and prompt and, luckily, they happened to have the same model in the store. They were extremely busy, but I was given a time estimate of two hours for the repairs and ended up getting a call and message that it was ready in just an hour! I did end up paying more than the price they quoted me at the start, but I was so happy that my laptop was functioning again that I was ok with it haha. Might have cost extra because it was same-day service? Either way, thank you for your work!! I'll be back if I need repairs again (hopefully not anytime soon). read more

I would give them 0 Stars if I could. We took our iPad 2 to get our broken screen fixed, they returned it to us over a month later and when we received it the lock screen was no longer working, we took it back, and told them that the lock screen button was no longer working, they said they would fix it; he then told us that our wifi was also not working anymore, but that they will send it elsewhere to get it fixed. After several visits and phone calls of over 3 months he finally said it would cost him too much to get it fixed and that he would give us $300 for our iPad 2 3G Wifi. Are you kidding me??, basically you are giving me less than $200 because I had already paid $110 to fix the screen, that was less than what I paid and less than the market value!! We were previously caring enough to accept a refurbished iPad but only from a trustworthy store such as the Apple Store or Fry's. After he noticed the cost of a refurbished one from these stores, Computer World declined to accept our request and we patiently waited over 3 months leaving us without our original iPad or a suitable replacement. I had no choice but to report it to the police department for stolen property, he finally returned us our iPad without a screen and refunded us what we paid for the screen and told my fiance to F off and that he didn't want to deal with him any longer. So now we're stuck with a iPad without a screen, non-working lock button and wifi. Would not recommend for you to take your iPad's to get screen fixed, better yet I wouldn't recommend you trusting them with your electronics. Wish I had checked Yelp before taking it in, would had never taken it If I had only seen 2 stars. read more

Needed a simple iPhone screen; I called them last Friday, the guy said $65 and if you bring it in now I can get it done in an hour. Well, I got busy and couldn't go. i went in on Saturday and he apologized and said, they are busy and if I came back on Monday, he can get it done asap. He even referred me to another iphone repair facility. I went in today, right when they opened..another guy there. I asked if they could repair my phone's screen..he said yeah but by 6pm..So, not 1 hour but 7 hours. Ok, that's fine I said. I said it's $65 right..he said no, $85. I said, the guy I spoke to on the phone and came in on Saturday said $65. He shook his head and said no..I was like Ohhhh K? Then he said "ok, for u, $75". LOL. I'm not there to haggle. Shouldn't businesses be consistent with their pricing? Either the guy on Saturday didn't know what he was talking about or this guy was trying to get over on me, not sure which one and I honestly don't have the patience for this BS. I walked out. If you are the 'haggling' type, maybe this is your place. I went to the Metro PCS store across the street - he too charged $75 but no haggling involved. Nice guy, fast service. read more

I called computer world and explained my problem over the phone, Biran told me it can be simple fix and he knows about the issues which I am talking about. He is a nice and helpful guy. He was busy but I explained my situation about my work so he expedited my order and waived expedited fees. It's been a week and no issues with my trackpad and also provided 1Yr free warranty on my order. Will definitely recommend this shop for PC repair. SCAM, SCAM Please dont go to this place, I took my computer to them , the guys name is Brian. Brian promised to have my computer ready by a certain time, two days later it was not yet ready, I kept going back looking for my computer and he got mad and said to wait for him to call me becaused the work was halfway done and it would take more time to have the computer ready. long story short what he promise would be a few hours turned into weeks. And at the end I came home to find out he didnt give me my computer back but instead gave me another one that looked almost exactly the same. I know nothing about computers, but I do know which dents and features my computer had. And the one he gave me does not have those dents nor features. I went back, but was not able to make him give me my computer back I REALLY REGRET GOING TO THIS PLACE !! read more

Brought in our macbook here to get fixed, it was running slow, Brian the owner was awesome, he has a lot of experience, was able to tell us what was wrong within a couple of mins. He was upfront and told us exactly how long its going to take and that he would be in touch with us about what else he finds and how we want to move forward. All in all, the laptop ended up having a bunch of problems but was able to get it fixed for a fraction of the price compared to getting a new laptop. Great experience with this place and great prices, he is not in the business to rip ppl off rather getting problems fixed, thanks Brian and team! read more

So this place is a computer repair along with invitation printing. I did not use there computer repair service so I will not review that. What I did come to Computer World for was wedding invitations. Here's my review: Upon entering, very crowded store and little help. It was only one guy working and he had 4 or 5 people that needed help. He quickly gave me the binder for wedding invitations. My fiancé at the time and I looked and made our decision. He showed us a sample of one that a customer refused to buy. And the whole time he kept trying to sell those same invitations to me. He kept bragging about the color and quality of the invitation. It was written in gold!!!! I mean seriously it was way out of my league. He brought up the invitations up atleast 4 times that day. So finally, we made a decision and he said it will take 1 week and he will call me. He said give me x amount of dollars for deposit and the rest will be due at time of pickup. He emailed me proofs and there were many spelling errors that I mentioned to him. He said he will correct them and email me the new ones. Again, it was the same thing he just sent. Two or three tries later he finally got it right. Seven days goes by and no word. I call him and he says he's still working on it. Ten days and still nothing. 4 weeks later!!!!!! I was pissed and I had other things to attend and let my father take care of it. This dude was a real ass and he was rude. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place--fair prices, excellent service, and, most importantly, honest. I brought my aged Dell XPS that had been crippled by malware to this store in order to replace the hard drive with a new SSD that I had purchased from Amazon. The need was urgent because I had just lost my job (and access to the company computer) and needed to update my resume and begin applying to new opportunities. Recognizing my need, they did the work on the spot and for less than $100. That's how you gain a customer for life. Bravo! read more

My laptop had a problem getting power into and I was looking for a place to figure out why. Geeksquad couldn't help me at all and some of the other places were going to charge a pretty penny just to look at it. So what first sold me to this place was the fact that they do free diagnosis. And this applies to anything you bring in. I kinda already had an idea that maybe the motherboard was shot on my laptop, or that's what everyone was telling me, and that I would have to get a new computer. But I brought it into this place and within a couple of days they told me that my problem was fixable. But if it wasn't fixable, they we're ready to trade my laptop in for something that would work. Upon further diagnosis, it was discovered that my screen was bad and I had spyware upon my computer. For $160 they replaced the dc power port, replaced my screen, cleaned out my computer and tested all the other devices I had. Plus, these people were very patient with me. They had my computer fixed and ready for pick up almost a week after I dropped it off, but I could come get it until three weeks later. So they kept it on standby until I was eventually able to come back for it. read more

I am a bit shocked to see the negativity in regards to this business. They have been at this location for many years, it seems they're doing something right- even though you couldn't tell by the reviews. My personal experience was simple and painless. My husband dropped his iPhone (2nd time in a month)... and we found this little spot that does repairs to iPads, iPhones, laptops, towers, etc. The owner took care of us and was kind, business-like, and did exactly what he said he would do. Thanks to Computer World on Fremont Blvd., we saved good money replacing the face of the phone (which includes LED screen). I am a Professional DJ in today's music world. My hard drive got corrupted somehow (maybe moisture but honestly my laptop flew across stage). I have my music backed up until May of this year but there was a lot of other things I wanted to retrieve from my HD. Nobody I knew could get it revived. Computer World is near my brother-in-law's house so I gave it a shot. Brian, the owner and operator of Computer World was so nice and helpful. Not only was he able to retrieve all my data of my HD, he also fixed up the fan, hooked me up with a new HD, and only took a day. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I then went back to put some more memory in my wife's laptop. He said it was easy to do and even showed me how to install it in case I wanted to do it on my own in the future. What a great guy and the customer service is fantastic. He also sells used laptops and ipads that he fixes up and they work brand new. I bought my wife an ipad too. I will come back here for sure for future laptop work or any kind of computer work in that matter. This place is awesome! Thanks Brian for all the help! read more

Very Rude...This guy is very rude, dishonest and inhuman. I had an issue with my charging jack and key board(hardware costs 10+35 =$45). I went to computer world and asked for estimate, the owner said he needs time to give estimate and he said he will call me and tell me the estimate(I know that this is a business trick he is following, once you give your laptop, generally you will go ahead with repair). Next day at 12:15 pm he called me and gave me an estimate of $200($45 parts cost and $145 labor charges). I said I don't want to get it repaired and I will pick up my laptop later. Then he said "I can only give your laptop within 30 mins otherwise you should wait for my next call". I said I might need some time and I will be there by 1:30 PM. Somehow I managed to go there by 12:45 PM. When I went to computer world the owner was free and has no customers. When I asked to return my laptop he denied to given back my laptop and asked me to come back at 1:30. After Little argument I realized that he is VERY RUDE..and will stoop to any level for money. I waited for 45 minutes in parking and picked my laptop at 1:30. It hardly took 30 seconds for him to return, but he made me wait for 45 minutes in this tough time of COVID 19. So be careful with guys like these who are very inhuman and will stoop to any level for money. During these tough times of COVID he argued and made me waited for 45 minutes to just return my laptop which is hardly 30 seconds job. Update after Brian's reply: What a fabricated story you are saying, For charging jack and keyboard does anyone take his old laptop to India and get it repaired....Awesome joke. How many lies do you say.. 1) I was wearing Mask and you were saying I dint, can you prove by posting image from surveillance camera? IF YOU CANNOT PROVE, THEN IT IS EVIDENT THAT YOU ARE SAYING A NICE COOKED UP STORY. 2) I never said I wanted it to repair in India(Its a made up story) 3)You dint even touch my laptop and you are saying you assembled my laptop..great joke Most Important: I am getting some dirty and filthy, abusing messages from different accounts..Please check the images. Look at the professionalism they have and kind of LANGUAGE they are using. Do you guys think this kind of attitude and language acceptable in professional world. End of the day this is all because I dint get my laptop get repaired in their shop. Try to provide better service but don't do these cheap tricks. read more

We purchased 2 MacBook Air while our daughter were at high school 6th and 7th grade recently I believe last Tuesday 104 MacBook Air On Wednesday coffee was a spilled and our second MacBook Air screen was cracked on 15th of last month and we send it to the Apple Store since they are not taking appointments anymore and the estimate of repair on the clock in the scheme of us almost buying another MacBook Air and the one my daughter spelled coffee V decided to tie the local business and instead of shipping to the Apple Store because V knew it's gonna take time also arm and leg repair. My husband why is insisting to maybe it's time to purchase new MacBooks because these computers are almost 10 years old Monday at 10 Am We got our MacBook Air back from the Apple store and decided to not go with the repair and my husband said maybe we can use the part from one MacBook Air to fix the other one and I took both of them are local store repair shop computer world I explained my story and Ryan immediately told me don't be worry about anything we can take care of the whole thing with in a few hours and we have parts for all the MacBooks in stock and I did see tons of MacBooks an IMAC all around the shop The technician open the computer while we were waiting and provided a very reasonable estimate And I consulted with my husband and we decided to fix both of our computers here we dropped off the laptops at 1030 x 1 o'clock in the afternoon both of the computers already and the good news was that my pictures for almost 10 years always recovered from the MacBook like with the smell which according to Apple when we called him last Friday was no hope to get the theater and might cost a fortune. Me and my husband always like to take our cars and electronics to authorized repair places this was the first time we decided to go what our local store and our experience was fantastic I think it's not a bad idea that sometimes we should try local businesses instead of sending everything to the bank companies and pay tons of money. My husband is not working due to cover 19 and Brian told me that I could try to post date a check for one of the MacBook airs that was very helpful Even though this was our first trip to the store. I will always come to this place if I need help with my repairs and spread the good word around. read more

Don't judge the book by its cover. Reviews definitely help, but they can't give you the insight that you truly get by experiencing something yourself. I have always been a fan of big and well known companies, but the recent experiences I had with small businesses twisted a lot of things around. Few months ago, I went to fry's electronic to clean my computer, install protection, purchase a portable external hard drive, and do a few other small things. Out the door, everything cost me nearly $400. The laptop I had was kind of broken and I was afraid my hard drive will fail; therefore, the need for an external one. So I transfer all my data, each and everything to the new hard drive: thousands of pictures, very important documents including statements for medical school admission, recommendation letters by professors, all kind of notes I have had from the 4.5 years of my undergrad so pretty much all my life. It wasn't until 3 months after that the hard drive completely went dead. I went to Fry's. They said it will be a couple hundred to recover the data and if they were unable to, they would have to send it elsewhere to recover all the data which might cost me up to $2000. As frustrated as I was there, I had no any other option, but to either spend that much money or give up. Someone in the store recommended me this place: Computer World Fremont branch in Fremont, CA. At first, I was hesitant, but then I gave it a try. The two men there were very nice and professional. Very competent and knowledgeable in the area of their expertise, they understood everything I said and the position I was in. They recovered all the data and stored it on a loaner hard drive. I was successfully able to transfer everything back to my personal laptop. All this was for $120. Very pleased with their service and I highly recommend it. I am very thankful to the exceptional customer service they provided. read more

I am so thankful and grateful to find this place and I had a very serious problem with my MacBook 2017 that was purchased last Christmas and unfortunately it wasn't covered under warranty because it was liquid damage so to make a long story short we had to party in our house and somehow the teenagers they spelt wine on my MacBook and I was very disappointed and sad the next day when I noticed that my Mac was not starting and then I saw some wine on the keyboard and I immediately clean it and I used a hairdryer night thought that's going to fix the problem but unfortunately that doesn't fix the problem and it made it worseSo I completely lost hop on my Mac and I thought it It was completely gone and I would not be able to use it again and I have all my birthday and wedding photos and videos lowered it luckily I have some of the stuff in the cloud so I did not lose everything but anyhow this place saved my MacBook Pro and crying immediately told me that he's going to get it done within a few hours honestly at first I did not believe macdonlad or A when he called me and told me that the computer is rainy and I still didn't believe until I went to the store and I saw that my MacBook is on and I was Almost about to cry because I spent all my savings on that Macbook and I thought that everything is gone thank you so much guys Brian has asked him and he save my life my computer and my data. Excellent Job how much he had at really reasonable prices. I finally decided to get her a Toshiba laptop which he told me he would install anti virus, as well as some common programs so my daughter would be able to do her homework as soon as I brought it home. I was thrilled I felt like I was getting such a good deal for the price I paid. I went back in the next day expecting that this deal was too good to be true but I was wrong my computer was ready for me to take home and had a one year warranty on it. To top it off he gave me a coupon for $20 off my next trip to his store. It is very rare for me to shop for a item I i don't know very much about and feel good at the end of the trip . I give this place 5 stars and will defiantly be returning soon. how much he had at really reasonable prices. A friend of mine recommended Computer World as he got his laptop screen fixed by Brian. I jwent to the shop and met Brian, really nice guy, and yes he talks loud but thats him I guess. I mean we have different language accent sometimes, I kind of got that . So my MacBook Pro has power but does not boot so I cant access all my files. He gave me 2 days to provide his diagnostics, so my drive is bad.. He quoted me the cost of repair and I was honest to tell him its too high for me. Brian was nice to ask me how much is my budget and he lowered the cost and we had a deal. We haggle prices to get few bucks, but if somebody will give u a good deal , that's pretty awesome! He replaced my drive & gave back my old drive, fixed my lose screen, installed latest Mac OS Yosemite (awesome!) and gave me a 1 yr warranty (full of awesomeness!) Ohh I have $20 gift card too from the same store, nice !!! This shop has been around for so many years in Fremont, that means Brian knows his stuff and he did explain to me that he tried to make sure he meet customer satisfaction, his taking care of business too. I am one of those satisfied customer! I will definitely recommend Brian with my other friends !!! Thank you Brian for saving my expensive Mac! read more

I visited computer world this weekend for my first time. I was looking for a computer for my daughter for school. I had driven by the store many times but never went in so I figured what the heck I will give it a try. When I walked in I was kindly greeted by a gentleman who I later found out to be the owner. I told him what I was looking for he took me around the store showing me the items he believed would best match what I was looking to get. I was really surprised how much he had at really reasonable prices. You're probably wasting your money going here if you desire anything but a very simple fix. I went here a few months ago because my PC was randomly shutting off and could only enter the Windows blue screen. Paid a little more than $80 to what basically amounted to them reinstalling Windows 10. I bring it home, and the same issues occur. The guy who I spoke to said then it must be a motherboard and power supply issue, and urged me to return them for a new one, and that he would put them into my PC for me for free. This really didn't make sense to me, because a PC literally wouldn't be able to turn on and enter the blue screen unless the motherboard was functioning. So, I decided not to go with his advice and went to a different computer repair place. Once again, literally all they did was reinstall Windows 10, but instead they actually got it to work, and told me that whoever installed it previously didn't do it properly. So, in essence, everyone going to Computer World is getting their devices "fixed" by a supposed expert who doesn't even know how to install Windows. Don't waste your money here like I did. read more

Awesome Job Jobhadn't been to computer world before today. I came because I thought the part where you plug in the charger was broken and heard about computer world from a friend who said it was very affordable. When I walked in I was surprised by how filled up the store was. I was greeted within seconds of walking into the store. I told the employee what I believed was going on with my computer he took a look at it and asked if I brought my charger. I did so he plugged it in, Just as I suspected it didn't work so he grabbed one of there chargers they had in the store that matched my computer we plugged it in and it worked I was so happy to heard it wasn't a much bigger problem and it was quick and easy to fix. I have been to computer shops before that do not take the time to look at a product before they have them dropped off and the products just sit on a shelf for days or weeks at a time. I am very please that wasn't the case today and that it was was quick fix that was cause early in and out in less then 15 minutes. You may message 5 more customers today, and your business may make up to 3 public comments. read more

Terrible. There are a few things one looks for when trying to find a computer repair place: knowledgeable staff, friendly atmosphere, timely service and reasonable prices. California Computer Services has NONE of these. These bumbling idiots know nothing of computers. They have an outside source fixing everything while they collect the cash and pretend that they know a thing or two, when in reality they have the knowledge of a high school best buy employee. They claim to clean your computer from any viruses, but really, there is an Igor like subordinate in the back that simply googles anti virus software and installs it....you can do that yourself! this place is disgusting. I'm not even going to go into detail about how they threatened to sell my computer for parts if i did not come pick it up...(really) These guys cannot be trusted. Stay far away...this is not only the worst "computer repair" place in fremont, it might be the worst computer related store on the enitre planet. I wish yelp had an option for zero stars because one star is truly way too much for these con artists. read more

If you're considering a screen replacement between a genuine Apple one and an aftermarket one,…read moreplease read this. TLDR; Buyer beware. Screen replacements on newer Apple phones will cause a lot of issues that the seller does not disclose during sale nor want to remedy when inevitable issues arise. I have an Iphone 16 Pro that had a crack on the screen that increased in size over time. I did not initially want to spend over $300 on an genuine Apple screen replacement and opted for an aftermarket one. i found Sycamore Tech through Yelp, contacted the owner who scheduled me to come in the same day. Went to this business and had my phone screen replaced in a matter of 20 minutes. Prior to fixing, the owner even upsold me for a OLED screen for an additional $20 since the genuine Apple screens are OLED. After picking up my phone, the owner told me that I will have to calibrate the phone screen which can be done through the settings. I paid a total of $179. The same day, I noticed that the motion/movement while swiping on the screen was very harsh and not smooth compared to before. I also noticed that my phone battery was draining a lot faster along with the fact that the phone was heating up quickly. When I tried calibrating the screen, the phone would not allow it and gave an error message saying that it does not recognize the screen as a genuine Apple product. I searched the error code on Google and apparently it is a very well known issue. An issue that the owner never disclosed. A day or two later, my phone screen went completely black. Initially I thought that my phone was off (due to the battery draining quickly) and attempted to turn the phone on. However, I received a text message and felt the phone vibrate. A purple hue then started developing on the edges of the screen. My coworker immediately took a photo of the issue for me. Using my coworker's phone, I was able to secure an appointment with Apple the same day. After work, I went straight to Apple and told them the issue. The Apple tech ran a diagnostic test as done procedurally and even asked me "This is an aftermarket screen huh? I can tell." Apple replaced the screen, ran a diagnostic test, and everything functioned as normal again. The Apple tech also commented that Apple products are way too advanced today and gone are the days where you can buy aftermarket replacements parts. I paid Apple $350 in total to have my phone screen replaced. My mistake however, was not asking for the malfunctioning aftermarket screen back. I went back to Sycamore Tech and informed the owner of all the issues I had. I even showed him the $350 charge from Apple to prove that I was not lying or trying to game him in any way. His response? "Well yeah I mean it's never going to be as good as an actual Apple one." When asked if I can get a refund or even a partial refund, his response was, "How can I give you a refund if you don't give me back the screen?" I pleaded with the owner and explained to him that even I went back to Apple, I was not sure if I can get his exact phone screen back. The owner told me, "What kind of business would I be if I just started giving refunds to people who don't have a product to give back?" I pleaded with him again that I was not some customer who returned months later demanding a refund with no type of proof. I asked him to stand by his business and his product and again asked if. there was something he can do to remedy the situation. His response? "You should have came to me first." First mistake I had? Using Sycamore Tech. Second mistake I had? Not asking for the malfunctioning phone screen back from Apple. Third mistake I had? Coming back here thinking that the owner will right a wrong. An owner who does not stand by their product/service nor make any attempt to rectify their poor service is an owner who only cares about the money you're giving him,. Spend your money wherever and however you want to, I'm Just putting out my experience with this business so you won't make the same mistake.
