After reading Dan's reviews, I knew I wanted someone with actual gaming PC building experience rather than a general computer repair service like Geek Squad. Dan was exactly the person I was looking for! I messaged Dan through Yelp, and he was incredibly responsive. He answered all my questions, came to our home to check out my son's computer, and took it with him to troubleshoot the problem. He walked me through our options, including recommendations for repairing the existing PC. He also mentioned that he had just finished building a gaming PC that was available for purchase. After discussing our options, we decided to upgrade to the gaming PC Dan had built, and we couldn't be happier with that decision! He gave us a fair price, was upfront and honest about our options, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Dan is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I used Yelp, rather than the 800 number (which reportedly is slow in responding). Well a Yelp inquiry wasn't much faster as I didn't get a response for a day and one half. The good news is that Ken got back to me and things went well after that. We set up a remote access day and time. The remote access works really well and he was able to figure out a couple of details that were blocking the connection (cached incorrect credentials, Google Access issue, Registry issue and 7 unneeded and worthless .OST files). He even suggested a better virus protection software product along with improved Ad Blocker software. I am very pleased with the knowledge and support of Ken. They charge for a minimum of one hour and he had me working in 40 minutes. He told me that if I have another issue, I can use the remaining 20 minutes of help.
