They were amazing. They evaluated my current system, which is also integrated into an AV system, wrote up a proposal which I accepted. The system they installed is amazing. I have never had as good a WiFi system in terms of strength of signal, speed and reliability. As important, this Smart Start does what they say they will do without any surprises. They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you have a WiFi system you want installed, or have an existing system you would like upgraded I would highly recommend Smart Start Network. Lastly, Phil was the senior technician on my job and was phenomenal. Gina works in the office and is fantastic as well. This is my first Yelp review. I told him right away, "I'm not good with this kind of stuff," and instead of brushing me off or making me feel dumb, he explained everything in plain English (no tech jargon), and when I didn't understand something, he was so calm and kind about explaining it again. He didn't just set up the printer and drivers, he walked me through how to print from my phone and how to do scans either from the printer or from my laptop. He even helped me write down little step-by-step instructions so I could remember next time. I felt respected and not rushed at all.
