Henry helped me with this, and it turns out that my PC was riddled with viruses. After Henry's thorough and clear explanation of what was going on, I decided to purchase an entirely new computer from him. This purchase was long past due; the computer was on its last legs and I should have replaced it long ago. My new PC is in place and up and running. I am totally thrilled with the customer service I received from Henry and also his wonderful technician Daniel. I recommend them with great enthusiasm!

John reached out to me concerned about my dissatisfaction with their communication with me about my options, their warranty, and the confusion of not entering the key code for the operating system. John prides himself in quality customer service and has gone out of the way to satisfy me. While the original issue could have been avoided with a bit more conversation to explain my options and find out what my needs were I am totally satisfied with the resolution. My laptop was not starting up when I took it in to C R Computer repair. They wiped the hard drive which was fine but instead of installing the original operating system which had the key code on the label on the bottom they installed Windows 10 telling me I should upgrade anyways. Since I also lost all my microsoft apps they installed a free app, Open Office. After experiencing how slow Open Office was I spoke to someone I wish I had been able to get a hold of before going to C R. He told me to uninstall Open Office as it has had no community support for 5+ years. He told me to install Libre Office (much better and with current community support) and also told me that the original operating system could have been reinstalled instead of Windows 10. Basically after talking to him he told me to NEVER go back to C R Computer as it was his opinion that they did not have my best interest in mind and did not know what they were doing. Is my computer working now.....yes. Could the repairs have been handled in a better manner? Apparently they could have. I do not know much about computers but I do trust my source as he is a computer programmer with almost 10 years of IT experience as well. Too bad he lives out of state or I would have used him to begin with!

Alpha Computer Group started with me when I was first setting up my own home office for my start up company. They helped me set up my computer with its own data network connecting me with the other founder of my company located in New York. Alpha Computer Group also designed my company's website when I did not have the bandwidth or manpower to do it myself. Now, our company has grown to 150 employees and Alpha Computer Group has been there every step of the way. The helped my partner and me move from our homes into a commercial office space. They set up our telephone network systems, the computer network infrastructure, and the business email for all of my employees. Alpha Computer Group is our IT hotline for when myself or any of my employees have issues. We simply go on their website, fill out a ticket request and someone responds within a day. They also come to my company once a week to work on any issues that cannot be resolved over the phone. This summer, they will be installing security cameras and an alarm system with remote access for all employees. I wouldn't entrust the job to anyone but Alpha Computer Group. I would recommend Alpha Computer Group to any small or medium sized business. They really cater to the needs of the individual client and are very responsive to any issues and problems your company may encounter.
