The technician is very knowledgeable, and friendly, but he charges his service very expensive. He…read morecharged me $ 350 dollars plus taxes for 40 minutes of labor. Then one day after, the speakers, and microphone were disconnected of the computer. I called him again, and he told me his price was again $ 350 plus taxes. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.

The universe conspires to set me up for a bad day- but it was the universe telling me to find Guru Repairs. Michael the owner picked up the call. Told me to swing by with my cappuccino covered MacBook. He dried it, checked for crunches, did a quick look at the motherboard and gave me the thumbs up good to go - no charge. So when we're living in a culture where you're expected to tip the barista for pulling the soda out of the fridge, this was above and beyond. I'm a customer for life here and you should be too. Recommending purely because they understand customer service, Michaels a genuinely nice guy and he knows his stuff. Wonderful business. You all should make it your go to electronics spot too. They do all the repairs, no outsourcing.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is an absolute con, and Youssef will look you dead in the eye and lie to…read moreyour face to make a quick buck. I originally went in because my USB-C charging port wasn't working. Youssef said it was just dirty and generously offered to clean it for $25--something I later found out the Apple Store does in two minutes for absolutely free. But that was just the warm-up hustle for the real rip-off. My iPhone 15 had a cracked screen. Because I'm traveling for work tomorrow, I didn't have the turnaround time to file a claim and go through uBreakiFix with my Asurion insurance. I needed it done fast, so I asked Youssef if he could replace it. He gave me two tiers: a cheaper glass for around $135, or a "more expensive, better" glass for $165. I asked what the difference was and if the expensive tier was exactly like the original Apple screen. He explicitly promised, "It's not Apple brand, but it's the exact same thing. Just generic." I paid the premium cash price. It is NOT the same thing. The second he handed the phone back to me, the new glass was protruding entirely past the protective lip of my case. He also started making weird excuses about how the privacy screen I bought "had to be placed in just the right place," which makes no sense for a standard screen replacement. When I pointed out that the glass literally didn't fit inside my case anymore, he had the absolute nerve to gaslight me, claiming my phone case had "stretched out." My case didn't magically stretch out in the couple of hours my phone was sitting behind his repair counter. He just didn't want to admit he installed a thick, cheap aftermarket part that physically cannot sit flush in the metal frame. When I got home, the reality of the scam set in. The iPhone 15 is designed to be incredibly light, but now my phone feels like a heavy brick. Even worse, the second I plugged it in to charge, the battery started running dangerously hot. He charged me the premium price but secretly installed a cheap, thick LCD panel with a bulky backlight instead of a proper OLED display. That's why it doesn't fit in the case, that's why it's heavy, and that's why the processor is working overtime and overheating my battery. Because of his blatant bait-and-switch, I am completely screwed right before my flight. Asurion won't touch the phone now to give me a proper original screen because this generic garbage he installed isn't technically cracked. This is a classic bait-and-switch operation. He relies on people not understanding the hardware so he can install bottom-tier, heat-generating parts while charging premium prices. Save your money, save your battery, and take your phone anywhere else.
