I got off of work at 6 and went there only to learn that they didn't have the screen and it would be in first thing in the am. I went the next morning at 11am still no screen. I went back around 6 and still no screen, still no courtesy call so I won't waste my time going there! he promised it would be in first thing in the am AGAIN! So here we are the next morning and it's ready. No apologies, no percent off just pure attitude as if I held their phone for 2 days! If they hadn't already taken it apart I would of took the phone and let someone else fix it! NEVER GOING BACK THERE! And the cashier put my chip (Amex card) in the reader the transaction approved and he then entered my expiration date and security code in some computer! Then one day after, the speakers, and microphone were disconnected of the computer. I called him again,and he told me his price was again $ 350 plus taxes. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.

I took pictures all morning and the entire month with the cracked lens and NO smudge on my camera. If there was a smudge, I would've immediately got it taken care of quick. We argued back and forth, basically I paid for the cracked lens and I will have to PAY AGAIN $150 to get the camera part fixed. This SMUDGE was created by their employee when he was working on my lens. I asked if they can just redo it, clean it up or check. NOPE. $150 new camera or zoom in to .9x every time to avoid the smudge (JOKE) or go somewhere else. No accountability and it was either pay to get fix or leave. They blamed ME for having the smudge me. Please check other places first and see their options/process. Also please read negative reviews first as well. SO furious and scam artists.
