Their prices are always as good or better then other local printers. Whether, I have my own design, need something designed, or have an idea I need created, I am always happy with their work. Also, I like the energy of the company. In the end, the only reason that I do printing is to serve the purpose of growing my business. There is a sense at printing Xpert, that they understand their role in building your business, and I can use them for pretty much anything I need. They provide so many printing services.

When I arrived, the clerk refused to accept the package and claimed they don't ship FedEx at all. This directly contradicts what's listed online and ended up wasting my time going out of my way to come here. If this location no longer accepts FedEx drop-offs, that needs to be clearly communicated and updated online. Otherwise, customers are being misled. Very frustrating experience.

I am revising this again under duress due to coercion because Neelesh has again harassed me…read moreregarding this matter. He had apologized. After that, I updated the review to four stars with an optimistic notation. Then he immediately called back unsatisfied with the improved review. And, he has made no attempt to change the libel posted in response to my original review. He is putting far too much effort into the WRONG area. He needs to leave me alone. Harassing me is not the way to get the result he is seeking. And, I caution him again to refrain from threatening me with legal action for posting truthful reviews. Litigation is costly for both parties. It would be better if he simply let the matter go. I hope that should he read this, he keeps in mind our discussion and agreement to be positive and professional.

The impressive technical expertise and reliability of Qualdev's team makes for an ideal extension to the supply chain and services offered by DDKinfotech. Always swift in responding to queries, prompt in executing projects, understanding of various technological proficiency levels of clients, and discreet when dealing with sensitive projects, Neelesh and his team at Qualdev has never failed to deliver.

She even worked with me to promote my groups fundraiser to buy the PPE which was beyond the call. This company was the definition of sticking together to support one another during this difficult time. I recommended frasca to others and the result and feedback was the same across the board.

I have used Play twice and this second time things did not go as good…read more I chose Play-It Productions because they are located in Manhattan so I could walk in and out avoiding paying for shipping fees. The quote I received said "shipping charges not included" so my assumption was since I am dropping my masters and picking them up there will be none. They added a shipping fee because their duplication house is located in Long Island and the CD needed to driven back to their main office in the city. Their quote said nothing about that. I did complaint and told them that it was misleading, they said were sorry but still charged me. Although I am happy with the quality of my CD Prints I wont work with Play It Productions again. Next time will use Disc Makers in Jersey, they will charge shipping but I know why.

Let me say point blank: as a recording artist with decades experience of releasing my own product…read more(and numerous nightmares along the way), I have never come across a better manufacturing provider than PLAY IT. Tony the main sales person and production manager was a total blast to work with. He himself is a musician and totally understands things from the artist's perspective while at the same time being totally on top of things technically and logistically. I had a very tight window of production for my CD release concert, and he turned my order around in just over A WEEK. No hidden surprise fees, bureaucracy or quality control issues. Just fantastic, courteous service and they can do small runs as little as 100 for a very competitive price. I went with the 5 inch mini-jacket, full color and basic black text impression on the disc (I went with white rather than silver for better legibility). That and shrink wrapped for 2.25 per CD. I mean, that's a fantastic price! Although I didn't need them, they do have a graphics dept. and also offer mastering. All you have to do is get them the art work and CD text to their template specs and along with your CD master, you're ready to get in the production line. For people looking for a great alternative to Discmakers and many smaller houses with less of a track record (no pun intended!), the personalized service I got at PLAY IT really rocked. I totally recommend them for any artist who wants a great job done with no smoke and mirrors and able to meet very tight turnaround times. Bravo, Tony!

Worked on the design and we agreed on a design, then he disappeared for months. Finally after for 4-5 months trying to call him was able to get in touch with him in which he said he had surgery or something and he can't do the job but he made the sign so he has to outsource it to another installer to install. Months went by, constantly calling him after like a dozen no show appointments we finally said ok forget it we just want out money back in which case he said I'll only give you $100 back because I did the sign design. I don't think what he did amounted to $100 worth of work but I agreed anyway just to at least get half of the deposit back. Turned out he didn't make the sign anyway, and then since the spring been chasing him for the $100. Can't get in touch, always talking in circles. Quite frankly he's a scumbag this guy John.
