Biz Soft Expert I2H Tech - i2htech POS Software For Restaurant and Retail Store

Biz Soft Expert I2H Tech

I dealt with i2HTech earlier this year to fix a broken memory drive. I came here because this place…read morewas near my home and the idea of making a long trip to Manhattan was daunting. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I interacted with (I presume) the owner, Harry Singh. He had a heavy accent. I remember struggling to understand him, both in-person and over the telephone. When I gave my broken equipment to him, he told me that he would call me around noon the next day. Instead, he didn't call until 7:00 PM. When he called, as well, his first word was "Yo!," like a street thug. When I tried to pay him by credit card, he pointed me towards the ATM machine across the street (and this incident occurred during a bitterly cold winter night). Regarding my broken equipment, his payment policy was shady. I had to give him $50 upfront just to make him attempt to fix my stuff, and he said that it would cost another $25 if he successfully fixes my stuff. Immediately, I felt uneasy and suspicious about this procedure because it forced me to have faith in him. My opinion is that he should have charged me only if he is successful. After all, how could I be certain that he would sincerely attempt to fix my stuff when he already got 75% of the money? Regardless, I was desperate, so I paid him the $50 upfront. Ultimately, he was unable to fix my stuff, so my $50 was essentially wasted. Today, I am left to wonder if he actually tried to fix anything or if I was a victim of a scam. I remember clearly that he hardly looked at my broken memory drive before he wanted the $50. In other words, he didn't make a diagnosis to determine if he could fix anything or not; he just asked for the money from the start. Still, I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that he was not a crook. I give i2Htech 2 stars instead of 1 because the owner, however troublesome his accent, was courteous at times. This place offers a variety of services, so perhaps my negative review should not automatically dissuade you. If you need help with faulty memory drives, I would suggest you look elsewhere. If you need help with anything else, then this place might still work for you.

Avoid avoid avoid. Very rude and discrimitory people. Owner purposely said he was keeping the heat…read moredown to save on his bill. And then kept changing prices for items he has for sale.
