We spoke several times before she came to my home to discuss what my expectations were and to look at my home to give me a fair amount of what she would charge. Ruthie was as nice, honest and professional in person as she was the many times we spoke by phone. What I liked most about Mamma Clean is that it would be Ruthie and another lady named Mariana cleaning my home, not strangers. Ruthie also offered to put together a cleaning kit for me, filled with products and cleaning supplies I would need to clean my home the weeks that she would not. Ruthie came with bags full including all the receipts. This was extremely helpful to me as my home is new with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances I never had in my former home. The day came for Ruthie and Mariana to clean my home. They were prompt and carried in their own cleaning supplies and equipment. Several hours later Ruthie texted me they were done. I walked into my home and was speechless. My home was impeccable, shining, so beautiful I wanted to touch nothing. It smelled so fresh, my floors sparkled!! This was over the top exceptional cleaning. My toilet paper was even folded like you find in a fancy hotel and my front door was completely cleaned, something we never even spoke about. My daughter actually asked me if the light fixture in the hallway was new because it was so sparkling. I could go on and on but I just want to stress that Mamma Clean is a service above any other.
