Horrible customer service and scheduling, the owner was extremely rude and obnoxious....even when his crew came 2 hours late to clean my house when I told him 10 times the reason I needed that time was so I can get my toddler to nap during the day he made it seem like he was doing me a favor and blamed it on traffic even when the crew told me that he was messing up everyone's times also one of the women cleaning stayed outside loading the car with their supplies when the down stairs was not completed and I pay per hour when I originally scheduled I was told 70 per hour and a day before my appointment without any notice Jose told me that he raised his prices I was shocked and very upset he had given me no notice to maybe even find a company more in my budget....I'm sharing some photos of my conversation with Jose read more

There is literally no corner not cleaned and they even spot clean appliances and things on counters where appropriate. We try to keep up with our own cleaning, but what GI cleaners can do with our stove, microwave, and bathrooms, etc., is just magical. My mom has them come monthly on a schedule, but we go "as needed." Maggie is always flexible and honest about how soon she can fit us in, paying attention to any urgencies we may have. The price is very reasonable and they bring their own cleaning supplies and vacuum. They were doing a nice job cleaning my house for a few years. They left water running in the upstairs guest bath which caused damage in my kitchen. I called to discuss it and the person on the other end of the phone was awful. Accusing me of lying, not listening to what I was saying and refusing to give insurance information when I asked. So, nothing against the people who cleaned my place, they were fine, except they did not shut off the water all the way by accident, but the guy who owns it and is making the money, awful.
