On April 7 of this year my wife contacted the company to get a price for power washing and sanding my patio. The owner, Roman came to my home with another worker and I sensed a strong smell of alcohol on his breath. While estimating the job he accidently kicked an electrical outlet and broke it. After leaving my home he said he would repair what he had broken but since then he has ignored all phone calls and text messages that I have sent him in hopes of correcting the issue that he created. I reached out to Roman from Beyond Maids because they were well reviewed. I explained that I was looking for a quote for gutter cleaning and exterior power washing of the house and deck. He was polite and responded with an initial quote but said he would need the dimensions of the deck for an additional cost. I provided the deck measurements and never never heard from them again. I originally booked Natalia to clean the upstairs and downstairs of my home. She came every week and normally came with another girl that I never formally met. After a couple of months, the manager texted me to say that the work load was too much and the girls could only come once every other week. At that point I informed the manager that I wouldn't mind that as long as the girls did a better job. I told him that every time they came I would need to clean after them. I actually even asked them not to do the dishes because I always needed to wash them after anyway. He said he would speak to them but it never got better. One week they didn't even clean the toilet!!! When I asked Natalia about it she said there wasn't enough cleaner but she never even told me the cleaner was running low! Today I called because Natalia was due today at 9am and it was 9:30am and she wasn't here and I didn't hear anything. He texted to say that she hurt her leg a couple of days ago and couldn't make it and if I wanted he could try to get someone else...as if I have all Saturday to wait. I understand emergencies but in this specific situation, I should have at least received a text in advance so I could plan my day accordingly. I love that the girls wear a uniform shirt, Natalia was always nice and the price was great but it's time to switch to a better cleaning company. read more

They were highly responsive to our phone calls and they were at our home the next day despite it was a holiday (Taking about customer service). Roman did an amazing job!!! Have been using Beyond Maids for a year and a half now after moving back to the area. Roman and his team do an amazing job! They did a major cleaning for us when we bought our house and got it spotless before we moved in. They are so fast and work around our schedule (even accommodating a napping baby). Love that they use towels to clean (instead of paper towels) and throw them in the washing machine when they are done. Sometimes Roman points out things they have cleaned that I didn't even notice were dirty, definitely a thorough job!! Been a client of theirs for years, but feel like I have to move on. They do a good job but bad at communication. They won't let you know if they're running late, which they frequently do. Good service if your times are flexible, but if you need a service at a consistent specific time they don't seem to be able to do it. Also they'll just change the time that they come without letting you know then just tell you that this is the time they have to come now. Also bad at texting back. But they do a good job if all that not important to you. read more

I recently hired beyond maids to come once a month to my home to clean and was very happy with the results. Not only did they show up as a team, when I had expected only 1 or 2 people, they did a great job, in an amazing time frame. They were also not phased by my 3 little dogs who don't stop barking. What a great company ! I called to get my new apartment cleaned and really needed it done as soon as possible as we had a move in date approaching and the tenants that lived there before hand never cleaned. Roman and his crew did an Amazing job on our "Move In" cleaning. A team of 6 arrived at my home on time and ready to work. Everyone knew their jobs and got to work right away. I was amazed at how fast, but efficient they were working. Roman was very friendly and accommodating of all my requests. He even was nice enough to give me cleaning tips and products that would make my life easier. He came with all the supplies and equipment which is nice since we had not moved in yet. They worked for a little over 2 hours and made our new home sparkle. I didn't even think it was possible to get the cooktop so clean. I must have talked to my husband for an hour at how impressed I was with everything. At first my husband and I thought they were expensive for a move in cleaning, but they were worth every penny! They saved me time by getting it done in about 2 hours and left me with no cleaning to do before we move in. I'm not in the area that they clean regularly, but hope to be able to get on the schedule at least once a month. Do yourself a favor if your moving and don't hesitate to book them!
