After interviewing several cleaning services, I chose Dakin Spotless Cleaning, largely because of the owner, Shelly. She was professional, attentive, thorough, and punctual from our very first conversation. She came out for a site visit, confirmed the requirements in person, and gave me upfront pricing -- no website forms, just a straightforward conversation with someone who actually understood the job. Her team tackled every nook and cranny of a 40-foot trailer. Dust was caked on above the furniture, and the vent covers had years of grime on them -- now they're sparkling. They even cleaned inside the air vents themselves. It was not an easy job, but they took it on without hesitation and did a fantastic job. Shelly's follow-up was excellent too -- when I asked her to take a second look at a spot, she and her team came right back and went above and beyond what I'd asked for. The trailer is spotless now, and I'm genuinely impressed. I'll admit I'm not an easy customer -- I have high expectations, and Dakin Spotless Cleaning managed to exceed my expectations. If you need a deep clean done right, call Shelly. I'd recommend them for any job, big or small.

Even my parents and grandparents are impressed with how spotless they leave our home. And better yet, they BRING THEIR OWN CLEANING PRODUCTS AND TOOLS!!! That's right! You don't even need to own your own vacuum...they bring everything with them. They clean windows, ceiling fans, grouts in your tubs and showers, every corner of your home and above/under every single piece of furniture. The house smells incredible when they leave. I feel like I would be lost without them. In fact, I feel like their cleaning services is one of the few things that keeps me from moving away from Long Island - I just don't know if I could ever find anyone who cleans like them. And their prices are REASONABLE! Very competitive pricing indeed. After trying all those companies and never being happy with any of them I realized that for actually a more reasonable price I could have a much better service provided. They are licensed and insured, and 100% TRUSTWORTHY (I leave all valuables there and am never at home when they clean but they would never do anything to jeopardize their reputation). They are great people, always the same crew, always supervised by Elizabeth who is an incredible person. I really have no words to describe how amazing they are. And how thankful I am that they offer bi-weekly cleanings since we don't need any more than that. FANTASTIC! I dare you to find anyone who is better than them.
