I noticed they never moved anything, they touched the top with a dust rag and all the dirt was still in the house. If you tried to talk to them they couldn't understand because they didn't speak english. Nothing was ever moved. Each time they came I had to go over the same dirt again and again. I would send pictures to Alina and she didn't respond. I asked one of the cleaners to clean something she missed again and she got nasty. They did my sheets and the first night you slept in them they were off the bed, they didn't know how to make a bed. If they broke something they would put in back together and you wouldn't know until you went to move it. They would throw paper towels in with the rags for the laundry. They would clean the toilet with a rag and use the same rag to clean the counter. Had to constantly remind them to change the rags. They would clean my house with about 10 rags when I said something to Alina that there is no way my house takes only 10 rags to clean, they would take more rags and put them in the used rag bag unused to make it look like they used more. Most of the cleaners (she always sent different ones) didn't have any experience. They would wipe my kitchen counter but never move anything again. I kept giving them chances, but always the same story. I would have to go around my house after they left to clean again, to put stuff where it belonged, to put bags in the garbage pails. One of them told me they have to rush because she adds too many jobs to there day. I was paying for 3 hours with 2 cleaners, they rushed out of my house one day at 2 hours 10 minutes which meant they couldn't have cleaned. Alina told me that her girls are trust worthy and they wouldn't have left at 2 hours 10 minutes. I questioned them when they were leaving and the girl told me I only get 2 hours. When they started I was told they would take turns doing rooms thoroughly, that never happened. I started with three tall piles of rags, I have less than 1/2 pile left. No idea where they went because no one else used them. I was lazy and let them stay way past the time I should have, they just kept getting worse. Alina has never come to check on her girls. Even the new ones. She hires them and sends them out with or without experience. No check done on the girls, items have disappeared from my home and all I would get is my girls are honest. I've gone through at least 5 remotes, if something fell in the garbage it wasn't removed, just thrown away. Would definitely not recommend, don't make the same mistake I made and expect them to change. It never happens. I couldn't even get the right size pillow cases or flat sheets put on the correct beds. Beware
