The ladies asked for $160 and we gave $210 with tip, she then instead of appreciating the tip, she asked for $200 payment on whatsapp without even asking her girls if they got the money. The third time we tried to use her service, she made many promises to come and then never showed up. I really wanted to help a local business but she said she didn't need us and had many other clients and asked me to stop messaging her if we were unhappy. I was very sad to see their service, I wanted to help my mom clean our house but I am looking for someone else now. She is cheaper than other places but be ready for bad customer service.

When I first started using there service they weren't bad, as time went on, less and less was being…read morecleaned. I noticed they never moved anything, they touched the top with a dust rag and all the dirt was still in the house. If you tried to talk to them they couldn't understand because they didn't speak english. Nothing was ever moved. Each time they came I had to go over the same dirt again and again. I would send pictures to Alina and she didn't respond. I asked one of the cleaners to clean something she missed again and she got nasty. They did my sheets and the first night you slept in them they were off the bed, they didn't know how to make a bed. If they broke something they would put in back together and you wouldn't know until you went to move it. They would throw paper towels in with the rags for the laundry. They would clean the toilet with a rag and use the same rag to clean the counter. Had to constantly remind them to change the rags. They would clean my house with about 10 rags when I said something to Alina that there is no way my house takes only 10 rags to clean, they would take more rags and put them in the used rag bag unused to make it look like they used more. Most of the cleaners (she always sent different ones) didn't have any experience. They would wipe my kitchen counter but never move anything again. I kept giving them chances, but always the same story. I would have to go around my house after they left to clean again, to put stuff where it belonged, to put bags in the garbage pails. One of them told me they have to rush because she adds too many jobs to there day. I was paying for 3 hours with 2 cleaners, they rushed out of my house one day at 2 hours 10 minutes which meant they couldn't have cleaned. Alina told me that her girls are trust worthy and they wouldn't have left at 2 hours 10 minutes. I questioned them when they were leaving and the girl told me I only get 2 hours. When they started I was told they would take turns doing rooms thoroughly, that never happened. I started with three tall piles of rags, I have less than 1/2 pile left. No idea where they went because no one else used them. I was lazy and let them stay way past the time I should have, they just kept getting worse. Alina has never come to check on her girls. Even the new ones. She hires them and sends them out with or without experience. No check done on the girls, items have disappeared from my home and all I would get is my girls are honest. I've gone through at least 5 remotes, if something fell in the garbage it wasn't removed, just thrown away. Would definitely not recommend, don't make the same mistake I made and expect them to change. It never happens. I couldn't even get the right size pillow cases or flat sheets put on the correct beds. Beware

I moved into his one bedroom coop recently and was having trouble adjusting. It's hard to trust someone to come and clean up your life, but after meeting Jake and his wife one time, I eagerly handed over the key. Today they came while we were at work and oh my goodness, talk about an overhaul!! This apartment is dust free and cleaner than I have ever seen it. I literally walked in about 10 minutes ago and had to post this review immediately. The bathroom is spotless and smells so clean. The bedroom is also extremely clean. They even changed linens! Don't get me started on the kitchen... they are miracle workers!! Jake texted me to confirm he had arrived and texted me when he left. He even followed up with me later. Truly the best cleaning experience I have had. I look forward to a very long and mutually beneficial relationship. I heard they do commercial cleaning and painting too! Well enough reviewing, call Jake before he books up and tell him Jen s sent you. Ok I have to update this review, a billion stars! I have been using this company for a few years now and they do not cease to amaze. I had an emergency c section, so I went to a regular check appointment and boom straight to the hospital. My home was a mess. How could I bring my baby home that way? I texted Jake and his wife and they were able to come in and clean before we got home. My parents and my husband were amazed!! They cleaned and organized. This was such a relief. I leave my valuables out, I trust them completely and they always do a superior job. I highly recommend them. I suggest calling immediately as they do book up. One of the best decisions I've ever made!
