They responded quickly, set up a time to meet and then were back for a deep clean a couple days later (and so gracious when I had to reschedule the deep cleaning). The whole crew arrived, they were here for more than 3 hours and I honestly don't know if this house has ever been cleaner. They got every little detail...including stuff I didn't ask/expect! I'm talking full window washing, inside the pantry, all the little weird dusty corners that you never see if you weren't doing a bit of an inspection. I'm beyond happy with their service and would highly recommend to anyone!!! Oh, and can we talk about how clean and fresh the whole house smells? Not sure what they used but I'm gonna find out and buy some. Obviously, I've set up a regular cleaning from here on out. Huge fan! So everything was clear. They really did an AMAZING job. I dont think I know when the fridge and oven were cleaned that well. They also made the bed and changed the shower curtain. The toaster looked like it was brand new. They had me check the place before they left and cleaned one small thing I asked quickly before accepting the payment and was surprised when I gave him a tip. For context i live in MD and get a regular deep clean every 2-3 months and I have a much larger home and I pay around the same and my place is not as disgusting as this apartment and kitchen was. I offered coffee, water, soda, cookies - nothing stopped them from their tasks. Albania even starting singing while she was working, so they happily found an accompanying playlist while they labored on.. They worked for hours - and bagged up all the dirtied paper towels and dusters to take to the trashcans. I was there the whole time, but I truly believe that didn't make one bit of difference with these ladies. They were there to finish a job that they had been hired to do. The price was quoted prior to the hire after describing what needed to be cleaned and the size of the house. It is not an hourly rate, but based on the job being completed. Very nice, hard-working crew that I would definitely hire again - and that is my plan!

The implication was that it may take an extra hour. We have a standard colonial home; not a mansion. Two women came to our home and did a thorough cleaning job. We were happy with the work that was done. However, I question the amount of time it took to do the cleaning. After six hours, they had not finished the upstairs floor. Needless to say, what was estimated at about 8 hours to complete the deep cleaning was, at that point, not going to happen. The company sent a third cleaner who came to help for approximately two hours, and they told us that we had to pay for her as well. The first two ladies were here for about 10.5 hours when we asked them to leave because the cost was going way beyond what we expected. Our home has a main floor, an upstairs and a finished basement. The main floor and the upstairs were almost completed. The bathroom in the basement was cleaned, but the rest of the finished basement wasn't touched. The job was only 2/3 completed, and we were charged approximately $1500. We estimated that if we let them stay and finish, our bill would have been $2000. Who has ever paid that much for a deep clean? (Note - our house was not messy or excessively dirty when they came. We are moving, and wanted a deep clean before we put our home for sale) When we called the office, the manager simply said she understood our complaint, but there was nothing she could do about it. There was not even the courtesy of a follow up call from the owners to address our complaint. The owner of the company came to our home to give us an estimate based on a tour of our house, so she knew exactly what the cleaning entailed. The estimate was done in person - not over the phone, which should have eliminated any misunderstanding of what the job involved. I became a little suspicious when she asked for a credit card for a $200 down payment and disclaimed the quoted price and explained the job could take longer. I had a contracting business years ago and a quoted price was a quoted price without major price adjustments. If you decide to use this company for cleaning services, do not offer a credit card and demand that you pay in cash. Once they have your card information, they can arbitrarily charge you more, giving you, the customer, no recourse to challenge the price. We are reasonable people, but this is a complete rip off. This was so poorly managed, resulting in a 50% increase in the quoted price for a job 2/3 completed. Just a warning to all if you ever decide to use this company.
