We found them on Groupon and figured it was worth it to try them as we needed our condo cleaned before our wedding and we figured we'd treat ourselves. They were pretty flexible with booking but that's where it ended. They texted me to let me know that they were going to be late so I had to let me husband know as I was at work and that altered his schedule for the day. They did an okay job cleaning but didn't do anything spectacular and did not do the windows or blinds or anything like that. It's not like they ran out of time, they were done over a half hour early and our condo is less than 1,000 square feet. Fast forward to a day later and I went to get my baby blue rayban sunglasses and they were missing. It's not like they could have confused them for theirs, the sunglasses were very specific. I tore my house apart thinking maybe I put them somewhere else besides where I put them everyday but they were gone. Also, the Michael Kors tie I bought for my husband as part of his wedding present was also missing. I tried calling them as soon as I noticed but no one answered or called back. A tried calling a couple of times after that but with the same results. As you would guess, I never used this company again and have found a different cleaning company to use. I make sure to tell everyone I speak with not to use them either. Still angry a year and a half later.
