The ladies asked for $160 and we gave $210 with tip, she then instead of appreciating the tip, she asked for $200 payment on whatsapp without even asking her girls if they got the money. The third time we tried to use her service, she made many promises to come and then never showed up. I really wanted to help a local business but she said she didn't need us and had many other clients and asked me to stop messaging her if we were unhappy. I was very sad to see their service, I wanted to help my mom clean our house but I am looking for someone else now. She is cheaper than other places but be ready for bad customer service.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail. This isn't just a surface-level "tidy up"--it is a truly thorough and deep cleaning every single time. On top of the quality, they are incredibly reliable. It is such a relief to have a professional you can actually count on to show up and do an amazing job without needing to be micromanaged. After interviewing several cleaning services, I chose Dakin Spotless Cleaning, largely because of the owner, Shelly. She was professional, attentive, thorough, and punctual from our very first conversation. She came out for a site visit, confirmed the requirements in person, and gave me upfront pricing -- no website forms, just a straightforward conversation with someone who actually understood the job. Her team tackled every nook and cranny of a 40-foot trailer. Dust was caked on above the furniture, and the vent covers had years of grime on them -- now they're sparkling. They even cleaned inside the air vents themselves. It was not an easy job, but they took it on without hesitation and did a fantastic job. Shelly's follow-up was excellent too -- when I asked her to take a second look at a spot, she and her team came right back and went above and beyond what I'd asked for. The trailer is spotless now, and I'm genuinely impressed. I'll admit I'm not an easy customer -- I have high expectations, and Dakin Spotless Cleaning managed to exceed my expectations. If you need a deep clean done right, call Shelly. I'd recommend them for any job, big or small.

After 4 hrs, we came home and saw there's still dust on the blinds. We had to call Ula and questioned what's going on. Our cleaning ladies couldn't speak English, so Ula had to communicate with them and got back to us. "They already cleaned up the blinds." she said. We had to take pictures to prove that they did a very lousy job. But that's not enough. "Oh, the blinds are so old so it's hard to tell.. They are cleaned already..." We ended up taking a video to show how easy it is to get rid of the dust if they did tried to clean the blinds- which they either lied about it, or they really didn't know how to get the job done. Because of that, they stayed another two hrs to redo the blinds- and Ula asked us to pay these two hours!! We paid for courtesy but we felt regret to use their service. Very very upset about it. It seems that the only spot which got cleaned was refrigerator... Oh and they made the bed. If anyone is interested in knowing the service quality, I can share the video we took and you will know better before you try their service. Think twice before you use Ula service.

For context i live in MD and get a regular deep clean every 2-3 months and I have a much larger home and I pay around the same and my place is not as disgusting as this apartment and kitchen was.
