We specifically requested that they clean the windows, floors, doors, and do an overall deep clean. Unfortunately, they left the house still visibly dirty. There were fingerprints still on the windows, the doors were filthy, the stove hadn't been touched, and the floors were not cleaned properly. In fact, when I returned the next day with someone else to finish the job, the mop water was dark with dirt--clear proof that the floors hadn't been cleaned at all. This was a careless and lazy job. We paid for a service that was simply not delivered, and I had to spend additional time and money to get the home cleaned properly. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

Today they came while we were at work and oh my goodness, talk about an overhaul!! This apartment is dust free and cleaner than I have ever seen it. I literally walked in about 10 minutes ago and had to post this review immediately. The bathroom is spotless and smells so clean. The bedroom is also extremely clean. They even changed linens! Don't get me started on the kitchen... they are miracle workers!! Jake texted me to confirm he had arrived and texted me when he left. He even followed up with me later. Well enough reviewing, call Jake before he books up and tell him Jen s sent you. Ok I have to update this review, a billion stars! I have been using this company for a few years now and they do not cease to amaze. I had an emergency c section, so I went to a regular check appointment and boom straight to the hospital.
