First thing is first , I went to fix my phone and he replace my phone and he just made it worst than it was it turn off and black screen this happen on the next day I got my phone so I went to the store and I let him know hey my phon is not acting right he said his technician was not there and I was going to pay something for them to fix per hour ? My phone was perfect just the screen had to be replace , so as when we where talking luckily the phone turn back on he said come back if it happens again , so the day came it happen again , he was trying to charge me something he didn't do right , I'm not the first or last, by the way all the Yelp messages are fake he tells you in person what to right and to put the stars for him this store is nothing but a scam !!! Worst place ever ismeil a thief ! I took my phone in screen was just cracked He was acting very nice and gave my phone back in very bad conditions , phone would always turn of and on Black screen Supper slow I ask him if he could fix for what ever he did , he said I would have to pay for labor to go through my phone and see what's going out per our ! Im like why would I pay for somthing you fixed !!! He said that's not his problem ! Crazy right ! So what I did took it to a diffrent repair shop and he solve my problem I ask what was wrong with it he said they left some connections loose and I had a piece missing I ask how much would it be he said "7 dollors " I was blessed after being scammed By the way most these good reviews you see here he tells you what to put and what. Was not kind or helpful. Needed the battery in my laptop changed. He changed it but it dies very quickly. I asked him to change it but he never did. Tells you to pay in cash so that once he scams you your money cannot be returned. Do not come here expecting good service. All the 5 star reviews are him telling people what to put; the one star reviews are the actual truth. He'll respond to this and say that I'm lying and trying to ruin his business but I am not. If you do pay him pay using debit card so if he scams you just go to the bank and do a chargeback so you'll get your money back. Find another place to go to instead of here. read more

Ishmael is a wonderful human being who provides superior service. Don't expect one day service. It may take a while. My advice is to have a backup device. The service is truly worth the wait. My 2018 Acer Aspire has a lot of miles on it. It had no power/black screen. Ishmael restored it to its original status. Additional, he replaced worn hinges and cleaned the fans at no extra cost. Fixing my review. Had a great experience here fixing my laptop last year. Took in my moms phone to replace the battery (Something which i did to my phone at the swap meet in 1hr). He said it would be done the same day by 4PM, we called and he said he needed an extra hour, we called again at 6 and had no response for the rest of the night. I attempted to go/call in the morning and no response so my mother ended up missing an appointment as a result. I went again today 24hrs after, and he said that it's still not ready? Customers should not have to go through this if it's a reliable communicative business. Hoping to have a better experience when i pick it up, will update. read more
