I put a positive review on here almost three years ago when my system was new and I am just as…read moresatisfied with it as I was then. There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.

He maintained clear communication with me throughout the entire time he was onsite and explained what work was feasible versus not as well as provided alternative recommendations. There was no "upselling," so another star for that. Prices are for the most part reasonable. However, beware, they charge an upfront of $95 callout fee, which I was not informed about initially when I was scheduling the service appointment. The lack of transparency on this was the only part that left a bit of a sour note for me. I'd use their service again though.

I have asked for 7 months for them to assign a new Rep. for our account after the old one left and still no Rep. I have called to file complaints and I don't think they even do that they keep putting someone on the phone who claims they are a manager but nothing gets done, just talk. This is a very unprofessional company and if you want any sort of actual service and support LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY AND STAY AWAY FROM POST ALARM!
