When I walked inside the store, a worker greeted me and I just told him I wanted to look at the Samsung phone. They didn't have any good deals going on right now so I just played with the phone to see how it interact. The same worker came and ask me if I had any questions and I told him I didn't so he just left me be. I was able to check out other phones as well in the store but if I was to upgrade then it would be Samsung. The store is small so they don't have much stuff inside. We go back in 2 days later wanting to upgrade with the deal the manager told us only to have another employee tell us the $1,100 deal never applied and our trade in value was only $800. Every single time we come to this store it's "miscommunication" when in reality it's employees lying or withholding information just to make a sale. I suggest avoiding this store completely.
