I'm debating if I should upgrade my current Samsung Galaxy S23 phone to the latest one out or just wait for the new model coming out later this year. When I walked inside the store, a worker greeted me and I just told him I wanted to look at the Samsung phone. They didn't have any good deals going on right now so I just played with the phone to see how it interact. The same worker came and ask me if I had any questions and I told him I didn't so he just left me be. I was able to check out other phones as well in the store but if I was to upgrade then it would be Samsung. The store is small so they don't have much stuff inside. I was amazed with the level of knowledge and professional courtesy from Kenny in the store. He guided me through the features and price range that I was comfortable with and I scored a good deal on the phone that was best for me. My awesome experience did not end once the cash drawer was closed. Kenny proceeded to help me transfer my contacts and photos from my old phone to my new phone. I did not get this level of service from the previous Boost store that I went to in Canoga Park. I wonder why all of the Boost stores are not the same. Kenny is not out to sell you a new phone, accessory or payment plan......He is out to gain you as a loyal customer to such a fantastic experience in his consumer market. Keep up the good job.
