Crazy thing is I was refered by a friend from NY who happened to be in town when he needed assistance for his computer. As big as I am about reviews I often feel tech guys are still gonna be less personable and all about the money. Well I was glad to have met "Eman" who made me feel reassured and comfortable with leaving my computer with him and not coming back with more costs then expected. He is honest and very respectful. makes sure he tries his best just to make customers happy. He had 3 differnt techs work on it. Bought a part that cost almost as must as he quoted me and still didn't add more on top. I gave him a tip just for being kind and I hope others too too and get to leave with the same rejoice I did. I cried when he gave me the news on my computer, not just cause he resolved my problem but because there aren't as many kind people like that in that industry let alone in the world. Bless his heart and his team. I'm coming back to get my desk top serviced too when I get enough money. I trust him and that's important to me!
