Firsthand communication with Otto, was top tier. He was there for me during a difficult time in my life with his whole crew: Frankie & Ivan. They were so efficient and quick as soon as I seen them by the stairwell. The service requested was lived up to its promise and more. The value was definitely worth the price. This was such a true relief for my mom and I. Handling our items with care effectively and making sure that we were taken care of. I highly recommend this local business to anyone that needs a helping hand. God bless you and take care. read more

Remove It Pro moved my trash within an hour of calling, even though they were very busy. Their pricing was very competitive, and they were friendly, efficient, and professional. Great experience all around. I will definitely be using them again! read more

just took over a Pharmacy in La Canada that has been running for almost 60 years, and with 60 years of business came 60 years of junk! From hospital beds to old credit card terminals - Otto and his guys took care of it all! Called him to set up the job for a future time but he was already in the area and said he could send someone same day! I did not hesitate or wait - told him to come over and his guys removed years in less than 2 hours. I would look at the junk and think how would I ever REMOVE IT, and it clicked - called the only guy who can! Amazing owner, amazing team, and amazing service. Thank you so much Remove It Pro team - you guys saved us! read more

These guys are great. I've used the service twice now, and the price is reasonable, and the crews are careful, professional and pleasant. Anthony and Anthony are such nice guys! Thank you for getting rid of all our unwanted stuff! read more

I had less than 30 boxes and the debris that those boxes had so I would say it was a fairly easy load. They were in and out in the blink of an eye! Otto was responsive, even on a Sunday at 8 pm, and yeah the guys showed up a little late but not enough that it even mattered. They were super nice and just got it done. I can't speak on cost because before Otto I had called one previous place but the convenience of it all felt fair. read more

I needed some furniture removed from our place and I did my research on Yelp, Go Without Junk had great reviews. I shopped around, called them, talked to Otto and their quote was the cheapest rate I found around. As you can imagine, I didn't want to spend a lot for getting rid of this furniture, but carrying those things out ourselves wasn't in the cards (it might be a bad comedy routine and get some injuries in the process). So, I scheduled the pick up with Otto. I did expect delays so I left my day opened, just in case. I'd recommend that! Because the guys were late, but they called and gave me updates. Once they showed up, they were super cool, nice and efficient. They hauled the pieces of furniture in maybe 15 minutes? They had a great attitude, cheerful, joking around with us. Great company if you're looking for furniture removal! read more

I had called Removeit pro over the weekend because I needed to clear out stuff out of my garage and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The guys showed up very promptly at the scheduled time. They were quite affordable compared to everywhere else I had called to get a quote . They worked hard til the very end and finished fast. I would highly recommend them to friends and family without any hesitation. read more

First time I used the service was great, they were late but it was a flat rate and got the job done. That was several years ago. When I had to move my dad out of his apartment, I decided to use them again. This time instead of a flat rate it cost me $700 in total. I've asked the owner for the receipt multiple times now and he still has yet to send it to me. Been asking since April and still nothing, just the same excuse, "sorry I will send it shortly" read more

I needed basic junk and home debris removed from a remodel in the S.F.Valley. I found this company and called them, after some basic info exchanging they arrived on time and provided the service. The staff was great and they inspected the entire property asking if anything else needed to be removed. Their quote was very fair. I'd recommend using this company for all junk hauling needs. read more

Otto was real good about getting back to me on a quote. Buuuut....the reason for 3 stars instead of 5? No.1 - They were almost 1/2 hour late. No. 2 - They didn't quote me that I had to pay for a 2nd load UNTIL after it was loaded. At that point, I was held hostage. The two guys (Rene & Kenneth), once they got started, worked real good. EXCEPT for not quoting me a price for the 2nd load. Kenneth said it would be one-half of the originally quoted $395 by Otto. So, what's one-half of $395? WRONG! Kenneth charged me an additional $295 for the 2nd load. If I had known that, I would have dragged more stuff out! read more

These guys were awesome. I called them Thursday, Ken came by Friday to check out the job and this Morning, Saturday, they came and did a tremendous job. They took out two full loads of yard junk including some pretty big and really heavy chunks of concrete, and some massive wooden debris from an old play structure. Very nice guys and they truly busted their butts for me. And on top of that, the price was very fair. I recommend them for any junk removal job you've got. read more

No need to look any further for a junk/demo company. Otto and his team were everything I can ask for in a junk removal and demo company. They are professional, accommodating, and had very competitive pricing. He and his team go the extra mile to ensure clients are happy and everything is done with 110% effort. I can't recommend them enough. And I used him for my personal property as well as all my clients. Looking forward to the next time! read more

Reasonable rates, quick response & pickup. Great guys & service. Thank you! read more

My second experience using Go Without Junk was as good at the first! Otto provides excellent service. He and his team are courteous and professional - and FAST! The job was done in no time, nothing in my home was disturbed and the guys are so polite. I couldn't be happier with the service. And, very fairly priced. Give Go Without Junk a try. You won't be sorry! read more

SERVICE - Used these guys twice. They both donate and trash stuff. Guys were nice, quick and efficient. QUICK RESPONSE - Got a quote within 30min-1hr. They were available the day I asked but I was not so they scheduled another day. FAIR PRICING - I knew the removal of my stuff would take about an hour at most so after a few outrageous quotes (300-600) I finally found these guys. So unless you have industrial amounts of junk don't look anywhere else but here! PAYMENT - Payment was easy BUT the first time they did confuse me with another client with a similar name. No big deal but it scared me since they were saying I hadn't paid. However, it was all fixed in the end. Overall, these are the guys I will choose for all my donation/junk needs! read more

Frankie and Renee, you guys were awesome!! My parents loved you guys and we'll definitely call you again right before open house, and probably once more before the actual move. Thank you!!! To all others, these guys are awesome and Go Without Junk is a nice family-owned company. Their prices are fair, their service is prompt and effective, and we are definite repeat customers. (And Frankie is hilarious!) Especially if you live in Burbank area you might* get lucky* with a special local* bonus* :) Thanks again! read more

Enrique responded within 5 minutes to my request. He gave me a quote after receiving my photo of what I wanted hauled away. We agreed on a same day pick up even though it was scorching hot out. His crew was there at the time they said they'd be there. They were very nice and the price was fair. I would call this company again. read more

I can't recommend this company enough! They get back to me quick, work so fast, have great prices and literally take care of it all!!! I've used them for my residence, to move furniture AND at my work place(commercial building) and have been beyond happy every time. I also recently referred them to a few people from my work place and they got back to me saying that they feel the exact same exact way! Thank you Otto and Go Without Junk for making life easier on so many occasions!! read more

My contractor went bankrupted and left me with piles of construction debris in the living room, kitchen area and bedroom. I called their number and was immediately being scheduled for an appointment the next day. The guys showed up on time, cleaned up half of the debris and came over the following day to clean up the rest. Super friendly and efficient crew! This company has excellent business practice. Not only that they are honest and consistent about the cost and did not add extra for carrying the debris over about 30 steps (I feel bad for them too =( but I live on a hillside), they are also in the recycling business which means the junk they cleaned up for you won't be ended up in a landfill;D read more

Horrible service. I called for a quote and scheduled a time for them to come out to give me an estimate yesterday at 5pm. They hadn't shown up by 5:45 so I called and he said they were delayed a few hours and could be there in an hour. I rescheduled instead for today at 11am and it's now 2pm with no word from them. If they can't even show up for an estimate that they scheduled I wouldn't trust them with doing the actual job. Update: They called me at 2:42pm today and said it would be another hour (I had an 11am appointment) and I cancelled the service. Please don't schedule me in for something you can't commit to. Thanks for being polite and calling to let me know almost four hours after not showing up though. read more

The team at Go Without Junk by far is the most professional, caring group of individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I can't say enough about them. Initially, I found this company on yelp to discard all my junk, they came on time, cleared everything out, and cleaned up at the end, all with a smile. Because I was getting ready to move and was just about to book a moving company, I felt these gentleman would handle my belongings with care, and decided to take a chance and hire them.It was the best decision I made! Although it took a couple of trips, they protected my furniture throughout the entire process with the same care any professional moving company would do...actually even better! If you need any moving or clearing out, I highly recommend them!!! read more

One of the wonderful things the previous owners of my house left behind besides the bamboo bush full of spiders and the dishwasher leaking sewer gases was an ugly old shed in the backyard. This thing was not only a rusty eyesore, it had become THE hot hangout for the yowling neighborhood cats. I called Otto out of desperation , not even sure if he'd even take the job. It was pretty imposing. Vines had grown over it. You could probably get tetanus from it. There were tons of sharp rusty edges and planks of splintered plywood. To his credit Otto took one look at it and didn't even bat an eye. "No problem, we'll take care of it." Two hours later, the shed was gone. The back patio was also swept up and looked cleaner than I'd ever known it in my 6 months of home ownership. Instead of shame when I stared into that corner of the yard, I felt a new emotion: HOPE. Sorry neighborhood cats, you'll have to go somewhere else for your sexcapades. read more

I needed to have tile removed and hauled away. Otto gave me a quote with two options based on how hard the thinset would be to remove. The tile came up fairly easy but the thinset was hard. Otto did not panic, he and his team came back the next day and wrapped it up. They did a super job detailing all of the corners and stubborn spots. Otto stuck to the original bid, great job guys. read more

OMG. Frank & Rene were awesome. Fast, efficient, super courteous and they cleaned everything up! Our side yard was so trashed up with boxes, old toys, broken down dressers, an ancient nasty washing machine. They managed to get it ALL in their truck in under two hours. And that's with going up and down our 36 stairs (Silver Lake living. Amiright?) if you need a yard clean up (or any clean up) these are your guys. read more

Did my research, by far the best price I could find. Professional, on time, and courteous! Just moved into a new house, and had LOTS of junk everywhere. My parents were coming to visit, and I needed a team that could take this on like yesterday. They were fast, cleared everything up, and even swept after. I have another job that I need done, and will definitely be using them again. Call them! P.S. Love how they recycle and donate what they can! read more

Go Without Junk is a terrific company, fulfilled my request in the most efficient way possible! Had called on a Saturday and placed the appointment for pick-up the next day. $80 for removal of my old Ikea loveseat. Special thanks to Otto for his excellent customer service! The crew was excellent and gave me a call exactly 30 mins before arrival. Their arrival was on time and they picked up the items in no time at all! Greatly recommend this company and will for sure be reaching out to them again! read more

Otto is the man! I called him day of looking to get some junk picked up and he got two guys to the scene at the time I had in mind! They loaded up the truck in 15-20 minutes and were two very nice gentlemen! Otto will be hearing from me again!! read more

Like many, I was annoyed that I needed to get rid of some junk. I rented a truck to move some furnishings, and planned to also make a trip to the dump, but ran out of time. Over the holidays, I had one day that I could coordinate to have some items removed. I reached out on Yelp, and Otto responded quickly, with a reasonable quote, and we scheduled an early afternoon pickup. They later confirmed they were on their way, arrived, and hauled away everything. They made it quick and easy, and I really appreciate them being so responsive and professional. Thanks guys, happy New Year!! read more

Thank the goddess for Kenneth! I called Go Without Junk in a moment of panic mere hours before we were supposed to vacate our house. I called at 6am and was so incredibly relieved with Kenneth picked up and said he could help us out that day. We worked out the specifics quickly and were well taken care of. The GWJ team took care of EVERYTHING for us. We had trash, construction materials, electronics, furniture and donations all over our front yard in need of sorting and pickup and the GWJ team collected it all and texted me a picture of the beautiful finished product (a completely empty driveway!). I appreciate them so much and would recommend their services to anyone! read more

I called Go Without Junk because of all their 5 star reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Otto and his helper arrived on time, and were friendly and professional. They worked quickly and took everything I requested. They didn't have the correct dolly to take the refrigerator so made arrangements to come back the next day and were right on time again. It was a bit of a struggle to get that fridge out of my back yard patio, and they had to really work hard to do it but they didn't complain. They ended up taking some items for my neighbor at the same time. Great group of guys and will not hesitate to use them again when the need arises. Thanks Otto & company!!! read more

Quick, easy to schedule (and reschedule) an appointment with Otto through Yelp, and the guys who loaded my stuff into the truck were prompt & efficient. I booked because I had an old mattress & box frame I wanted to get out of the house before a knee surgery. I'm cheap- Normally I would spend a sweaty hour wrestling it onto the top of my car after bribing (or tricking) a friend to help me, then white knuckling it to the recycling facility. I'm so happy I went through these guys- So painless & well worth the money. I also appreciate that they work to make sure nothing goes to a landfill. read more

These guys are super fast, efficient, professional, nice, and very responsive via text/call/etc. We bought a new bed and had no idea how we were going to get rid of the old one (box, mattress, metal frame). Otto and his team arrived promptly on time and expertly maneuvered the whole bed set down our loft stairs, into the elevator and across the street into their truck. They donate beds to shelters so we are super happy that our old bed will be put to good use. I paid them through PayPal and gave a 20% tip because they also helped us move our new bed (which came shipped to our apt in 2 huge heavy boxes) up to our loft bedroom. Definitely call these guys up whenever you need something hauled off that you don't have the time or resources to do yourself. THANK YOU GUYS! read more

I needed to clean out my apt from all my unwanted items, they came in and took care of it all. They haul, recycle and take it to dump all for no additional fees...ALL INCLUDED!!! I was so happy with their help. They're friendly and VERY affordable. Other places don't compare in price and they are very nice... great customer service! I would call them again and definitely refer them to all that want to get rid of the extra junk around your home. I don't have time for garage sales and I was tired of seeing these items, so thanks Otto!!! read more

Used their service again for the 2nd time to move. Franky and Tosi were efficient, however, after looking into my stuff a pair of shoe were gone. The box and shoe tags is still with me except the shoe. That shoe has sentimental value. I don't know if these guys are to be trusted with your stuff if you're moving. I hope Otto, the owner, reads this. I am totally disappointed and heartbroken as a repeat customer. read more

These guys were great. My wife decide today was the day to spring clean and we ended up with a pile of both donation items and a pile of trash. They were very prompt, friendly, and super efficient. read more

Go Without Junk is a great business to call if you have furniture or other things to be hauled from your home. I called several junk removal companies and found Go Without Junk to be the cheapest. For $125, they removed a large couch and loveseat from my place with two men. They gave me a 3 hour window and showed up during the first hour. Also, they called me an hour before their arrival to give me a heads up that they were on the way. Otto and Andy were very nice and quick. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. I would definitely use them again in the future! read more
