I can take my PC in for what I think is mega, and he shows me in the simplest ways, how to perform the functions I attempted. He even gives me a break on some services as a "returning" customer, at least, for me. :) Very satisfied with the great work of this group. I've had a virus removed and my entire hard drive had to be cleaned. Another time, I had the original battery replaced and soon, I'll be getting the original keyboard replaced. On Thursday 7/28/17 I went by CompuNet, dropped off my laptop for repairs. I hadn't used it in over 3 years, was given a quote, the young Lady at the front counter informed me my laptop could be repaired.
