Fast reliable and friendly, I would recommend all my friends and family, get Gardena compunet to do your work.

I went here thinking it was a good business after checking out the reviews. Unfortunately, it was no good. I should have noticed right away that the place is very unorganized and filthy. The manager is a smooth talker--what he says will take a couple of weeks turns into more than a month. When I had enough and was ready to forfeit the item, he kept making promises. Then on the day I was supposed to pick it up, he was nowhere to be found. After a couple more weeks, I had to buy a new laptop. What a waste of time. If you love your money, don't come here. read more

they charged me $380 to look at my macbook. that was expensive. they made it sound like it would be half of that when i dropped it off. then they took twice as long as they said to give it to me. the computer still had the same prob of turning off. brought it back. they kept saying it was out of courtesy. did nothing. toon twice as long to return it to me again. read more

I have been going to CompuNet for about 7+ years. Their crew is fantastic! They are honest and will explain the situation to you...even if you are not highly computer literate, they will explain to you to where you can understand. They have ALWAYS been fair to me and they notice BS when you come in there with some lame story! I have personally watched it and knew the customer story was BS! Just go and tell your story truthfully and they will understand and help you! I had a friend take her computer there, last week, on my recommendation... and she lives 45 miles away in POMONA! She is sooo happy that I recommended CompuNet! Her 4 year old computer starts up and runs faster now! Jovi and Jenni works the front desk on incoming coming computers. Their smiles are warm and welcoming. They will explain the situation to you and if it's something that's minor and not time consuming, Jovi, will see what she can do. If it's a deeper problem, you leave it and they will assign a Tech to it! Gino...the main Tech guy... One thing about him....he will become relentless on fixing the problem. He will not let it beat him! This is the person you want in your corner on going beyond the problem when necessary. I asked him if it was able and even worth it, to install the latest Windows on my 11" Samsung XE700T series, tablet/laptop/Slate that had W8 on it? The computer is over 13 years old. And he was able to do it! I strictly use it to install Radio Frequencies on my HAM Radios. He saved me money where I didn't have to buy a new Windows laptop. He will honestly tell you if your computer is a good one or bad one! Meaning.. he will NOT try and sell you on something that's not worth it on your computer. This place will take your old computers you don't need anymore and they will wipe them clean and refurbish them and give to needy schools/organization/non privilege, etc.... so it can help others.. I've already donated 2 computers to them. To sum it up....... If you want your computer repaired right and locally, this is the place. To me, their prices are very reasonable! Why would you take your computer to a different place (Box Store) and pay so much more and get so much less? Thank you crew for taking care of me and my loved ones! LJ read more

Gio was able to help me with my All In One Lenovo desktop computer. I am using it to run my flooring installation business, and I needed a repairs to be done quickly. It was very slow and unresponsive for a few months. At the end I wasn't able to connect to the internet any more. He took my computer and stayed in the office overtime to have it done that same day. Ask him about rush services. I am very happy with Gio's work, my computer runs like brand new. Customer service was excellent. Thank you Gio!! Paul Paul's Wood Flooring read more

I just came from visiting this shop for the first time on 12/15/2022.very unpleasant service just to say I didn't even go inside. I used the ring bell voice command " a guy answered and said "what you need" and I responded but didn't get any answer back for minutes, so I left (came in for a laptop repair) all I got was a unpleasant service if you call that a service "don't go here .it's time to retire read more

CompuNet Gardena - Laptop didn't have charger was wondering if it even works. Didn't even get into the business - IT Services & Computer Repair Near Me - Gardena, California

My son brought his laptop to this establishment to have repairs done. It was a very stressful situation for him considering he's an UCR college student and the necessity of having a computer is vital. Luckily, the technician was able to provide a timely assessment of the repair as well as a cost estimate. My son is very happy and the cost was very reasonable for a kid on a budget. Thank you very much for your excellent services by going out your way to addressing all of his/my questions. read more

Oh my goodness! I can't say enough good things about Giovanni and the EXCELLENT customer service he provided! I had taken my laptop to another place and they held onto it for a month without making ANY repairs to it. When I called and spoke to Gio, he was calm and patient while I explained the problem to him and the hell I'd already been through. When I was finally able to bring my laptop in, he was nothing short of professional and really went out of his way to provide me with top-notch service. He explained the process to me step by step and showed me what my computer needed. I seriously appreciate his help and if I or anyone I know need computer services, this would be the ONLY place I would recommend. Especially after experiencing another computer repair shop that kept my laptop for a month and tried to overcharge me in the process. Thank you again for the amazing service! read more

I was in need of immediate emergency service on 2 of my laptops for work and was directed to 3 companies including my local Staples. After all 3 companies were unable to provide the service, I was then referred to CompuNet here in Gardena. The computer tech demonstrated that the service was possible and took care of my laptops on the spot (during his lunch!) That's awesome service! After about 10minutes my laptops service was completed! Thank you for the efficient service! read more

I have went to this company several times. I have a 3 in one and Geo addressed all my issues and saved me a lot of money. I didn't have to buy a new computer. read more

Very happy with the service and price. Everyone was very nice and patient. I will be back.

The customer service is horrible. They are not friendly whatsoever (even when you're a returning customer). They took forever to get back to me about my laptop. I dropped off my laptop on Aug 4 and the lady said I should hear back in no more than 5 business day in regards to what was wrong with my laptop. Well the five business days passed and I called. She said that the tech hadn't got to it (it all seemed on what order they received it in). I said ok no prob. She said they'd call me in a couple of days. Well I didn't hear from them so I called and she said the same thing. My laptop wasn't ready for pick up till Sept 8. read more

The technician here is a total pro. He diagnosed my problem (computer freezing inoperably, requiring manual shutdown) and fixed it almost immediately. Not only is the problem fixed, but my laptop is now running faster and more efficiently than ever. Service was well worth the price, and the technician is very customer-oriented, genuinely wanting to help you, and also very friendly. I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience at CompuNet Gardena and highly recommend it. read more

A while ago, I bought a netbook from a college services company that turned out to be a complete ripoff. My Dell Inspiron gave out when I installed a graphics suite and even after I uninstalled it, my internal memory was extremely limited. So after calling a couple of Yelp recommendations, these were the only people to pick up. My grandmother recommended because they have been around for a long time. Apparently for good reason. I was able to drop off my netbook the same day and it was ready within hours as promised. Even though getting antivirus protection was a last-minute decision, I know had this been the big box companies, I would not get it back the same day. Excellent! read more

Came here to get my laptop fixed because of a broken LCD screen and was greeted with fast service and good communication!

I was about to give up on my laptop until my husband said let's take it to a repair place so went into CompuNet... When I tell you my computer works as if I just unboxed it. Gio was very knowledgeable and he's an honest man, by accident I over paid and he stopped me and returned my $100 bill to me, I was very grateful to him for that. CompuNet are a God send. I dropped my laptop the day after Black Friday while doing my final exam. I rush right over and the took action to fix it in a few hours. Unfortunately, I did lots of damage in one fall and the motherboard and screen needed replacement. While looking for the motherboard at a cheaper price Covid-19 hit. They patiently waited until the factor reopened to get the parts and fixed my laptop. It was worth the wIt as that laptop tripled in price. They are friendly, professional and great at what they do. I'm also buying a desktop package at a great price. Don't sleep on this wonderful business. They are much better than the Geeks at Best But and no long lines. read more

My laptop was "acting up" so I decided to get an estimate on the problem . Lord and behold ...I talked to Giovanni and he "cleaned up" all the spyware in my laptop for a reasonable price , added a virus protection and did all the same day. I STRONGLY suggest you give this company an opportunity to fix whatever device your having problems with ... From a very happy customer...!! read more

I will avoid. Appointments don't matter. Sorta rude and not professional, lower-end type of service shop. They seem to indicate they won't tell you how much they charge till you pay. Did I say "cash only?" Not for me this time or going forward. Just my observation. read more

I came to this local shop after my laptop had abruptly stopped working. I was hoping to find a solution and I was lucky enough to work with Gio the computer technician. He was so awesome ! Found Gio through a Google search of local computer repair shops near Hawthorne. I was looking for someone to help me install RAM cards into my desktop computer after finding out Best Buy's told me that it would take them four days to get to my case. Fortunately, Gio was able to help me out immediately and made the installations in less than 20 minutes. Price was right and the service was fast. I have been to CompuNet twice, and each time has been all wonderful experience. I recommend CompuNet for all your computer issues.

Ever since these guys got new management, the service changed from night to day. I brought my mac in to get serviced because it had been dead for over a year. They were really fast with diagnosis and were able to work on the motherboard and replace some chips that were making the motherboard overheat. I got the computer and 2 days later, the same problem started to happen. They went way above and beyond anything I expected and now my computer is working perfectly. Highly, Highly, HIGHLY recommended to anyone needing their computer looked at by trustworthy people. If I had more stars to give, I would. read more

Over priced ... Slow and not friendly it took the girl 10 minutes to find the price in the computer .... Don't waste your time coming to this place . I'm not sure about there other services . But they wanted to charge me 185 for a screen repair on a iPhone that's more then the Apple Store !! That's a joke for this hole in the wall place that doesn't guarantee any work ... Smh I'll pass I live down the street and wanted to support a small business no thanks won't come here ever again the lost my business . read more

On Thursday 7/28/17 I went by CompuNet, dropped off my laptop for repairs. I hadn't used it in over 3 years, was given a quote, the young Lady at the front counter informed me my laptop could be repaired. Less than an hour later, I was texted, as requested, my computer would be ready for pick-up before 6:00pm. Well 5:30pm, I was back to pick-up mywebsite computer. The young lady, showed me everything that was saved. Thank you CompuNet. read more
