And then after they told me they couldn't do the job, I found an hour later that my USB chip for my mouse was gone. I'll give them credit, they drove 20 minutes to drop off the chip and were apologetic throughout the process. However, this does not take away from the fact that I felt that my experience was quite the headache and I had the increasing perception that the company lacked competence. Gave my son back his computer in pieces (see pic) and in completely unworkable condition just prior to flying internationally. He told my son he bent the fans he took out. Big problem.
