Don't buy from these guys if you actually want to receive your order. They won't ship anything and when you finally lose patience and ask about it, they will never respond or answer the phone. I have escalated my complaint to PayPal for a refund. I should have read these reviews before doing business with them. BTW, their reviews on their website are moderated. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!! Ordered parts online without checking reviews, my fault. Over a month went by without any word from them other than them taking my money and confirming they got the order. No response to multiple emails and phone calls even when I found a number for the parent company machine shop. Fortunately I purchased with paypal. I filed a claim with paypal and they again failed to respond to paypal so my money was refunded. it really too bad too my friend has been running their tire carrier hinges for years without any problems. Update: Company never responded to phone calls or emails. They updated their website saying they were moving production sites, but that current orders would be shipped out. Never received mine, and site STILL says they are moving production. At least they disabled the shopping cart function, so no one can place new orders. read more

I'm a custom Scout builder and make massive custom bumpers. I ONLY use the critical hardware key to my carriers from Comp 4x4... and have for years. When I have issues I call, they solve. FAST. Anyone poo-pooing them is all doing based on assumptions, not actual facts. I deal with them in FACT. So... 6 stars from me. If you are having issues with them... maybe it's you. Took my money and never sent me my product. This should be their title since it's clearly such a common issue. I purchased from them once before and after weeks and weeks of never receiving my product and zero responses from Jared the owner I did tons of research and found a number that actually worked. Called and guess what he answered, and was clearly shocked to find that a customer got a hold of him. I demanded for an update and he finally sent out my item which arrived about a week after the label was printed. The hinge kit I received was surprisingly good quality, but the customer service was non existent. Felt like a scam from the start and if I hadn't reached him over the phone I don't think I would've ever received it. So I purchased another item, the machined cap that goes on the castle nut of the hinge. Wanted to complete the look. Well it's been a month now, no item, no responses back of any kind. Can't reach him at all. This business is so incredibly sketchy. Sad that there are dishonest people out there in this industry that will take hard earned money from people and then ghost like that. I recommend that anyone looking for Offroad parts avoid them at all cost unless you want to get ripped off. read more

Like the last reviewer said, they don't respond to emails or phone calls. What's funny is that before they had my money they responded to multiple "inquiry" emails I sent them really fast. Realizing that I didn't have time to wait for them to actually decide to get around to shipping my order, I bought something from somebody else; and sent multiple more emails and phone calls trying to get a refund. Then I opened a dispute with PayPal, and guess what!? They generated a shipping label within a couple of hours. Too bad I don't need the part anymore. Shady business, and ZERO integrity.
