THANK YOU for being "HONEST and having INTEGRITY"…read more Just want to give a quick shout out to the Sav-Mor Auto Clinic, especially Alex who is the one who helped me. Being from out of town on a limited time schedule to get the car fixed I turned to AAA for assistance and found this shop on the AAA certified auto repair listings. I decided to go with them because of their high ratings/reviews. My daughter has a 2000 Toyota Echo and she has been having problems with the brake lights staying on once the car was turned off. Each time she arrived at her destination she would have to disconnect the fuse under the dash board or her car would be dead when she returned. I called the shop when they opened this morning, explained the situation, and was asked to drop the car off to be inspected. When I arrived Alex is the one who greeted me, remembered the conversation we had on the phone earlier. After the paperwork was completed he explained the process, the estimated cost for that specific issue but also made sure that I was aware the cost would be different if that wasn't the issue and the diagnostic showed something different. I let Alex know I was staying at the hotel down the street, which was a little over 3 miles away, and would be walking to/from the shop. When he heard the situation he offered to drop me off/pick me up but I declined... it's a beautiful day outside plus it would give me time to talk on the phone with my kiddos. I was on my walk back with less than 10 min to my destination when he called stating my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. He explained that the issue in question looked like it had a fairly new part and only needed to be adjusted properly; once they did it the problem resolved. When I got back to the shop I was greeted by Whitney and to my surprise the invoice read $0.00. He did not try to charge me for a new part, or upsell anything. As it turns out, my son who is not mechanically inclined did change the part about 9 months prior and the issue has been happening since then, so my daughter inherited the issue when she got the car. If you need work honest work done on your car at a reasonable price, look no further because Sav-Mor Auto Clinic is the shop to go!!! Thank you again :)

Enter stage left: Autozone. These guys are awesome. They usually have what I need and I call ahead always to see if they have what I need. It's super convenient for Eagle Mountain folks to hit up this place and get stuff to band-aid their vehicles along. (I'm joking, but we all know, cars need regular upkeep. Especially the older ones.) Don't hesitate to stop by this location to get things you need. If anything, they have a location about 8 mins away in Saratoga Springs to get things.

I have always been treated with respect and I have always had full trust, that I won't be told I need unnecessary work or parts, with the repair work I have needed over the last 8 years of doing business with Dave and his smart, well knowledgeable mechanics at his shop. Cody and Randy are some of Dave's mechanic's who are very knowledgeable regarding diagnosing the problem. They do excellent work and are very thorough with my vehicles, insuring that everything has been diagnosed and completed 100% before releasing my vehicle's, making sure the repair work is done properly and efficiently, so it is safe to drive again, worry free. I also use Dave's shop for my annual vehicle's emission tests, because they get me in very quickly and I don't have to wait long periods of time to get the emissions test completed. Dave and his mechanic's will treat you as a person, a priority and not just another number, like some other mechanic shops will treat people. He is very grateful for your business and you will be happy with his work, because his mechanic's are very knowledgeable about automotive repairs and quote the best prices, compared to other mechanics around Utah County and even Salt Lake County. I have never and will never consider going to any other automotive repair shop, because I have confidence with Dave and his staff that I will be treated excellent and they will not tell me a repair is needed, when it doesn't need to be, just to make more money for unnecessary repairs. Also, I don't have to wait days or weeks for a minor repair work, most of the time I have had my repair work done, while I wait at his shop. I highly recommend Dave's Canyon Auto in Orem. I rate them A+ overall.. Thank you Dave, Cody, Randy and the rest of your staff for all you do and have done for me with repairing my vehicles whenever I have an issue.

In this case it's because they went above and beyond! I had my driver side exhaust manifold repaired by Master Muffler and they did an amazing job. First off they allowed me to walk back and visually see the problem with my truck and explain exactly what was wrong with it and why. There was no smoke and mirrors trying to upsell me on extra repairs. Second, They provided excellent customer service, were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix it. On top of that, they are military friendly and gave me a great discount for being an active duty member. They also were very accommodating to my schedule and made sure to get it done in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop. Five stars for Master Muffler! Oh and one last thing, they even sent me a thank you letter with some brownies in the mail for allowing them to work on my truck. Honestly, hats off to the team working there!

They said the diagnostic would be completed that afternoon but when I called in they said it wouldn't be ready till the next day. When I finally went to pick up the car I spoke with a different guy. Super nice but it sounds like the previous guy didn't write down my problem correctly and they ended up saying I needed to replace my back sensors for a total of a 1000. I told him that I was having problems with my accelerator and he looked really confused like he hadn't been aware of it when I dropped the vehicle off. I think there might have just been poor communication on their part. I just ate $80 diagnostic fee and took it to big o tires and the solved my problem for 600 total, rotated my tires, and patched a flat for free.
