I was told that they had change their part numbers and because of new numbering system my warranty was no longer valid. I went in with my purchase invoice and was told too bad my Alternator now longer was under warranty. I ended up purchasing another one reluctantly as I needed to get my truck working now. I have wandered around for 10-15 minutes before getting help when there are available associates, just to get told they didn't want to bother us. The parts I needed were behind the counter anyway!! I have never been offered to have parts tested before replacing them, so we have spent lots of money there for things that could've been fine. I was never offered their reward program so I never got to benefit from the discounts that I could have had on the $400+ we have spent there.
