You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. We talked about the history of the shop and the qualities and expectations set by the original owner that have carried on to this day. They went above and beyond by buffing my headlights (a great surprise), washing my car, and making everything look fantastic. The attention to detail and level of service was outstanding. It's rare to find a shop that treats you and your vehicle this well. when I picked up my car, I met other employees of the shop and had an another amazing conversation about hometown restaurants and the community as a whole. If you're looking for honest, high-quality work from people who genuinely care, I highly recommend this shop. Supporting a local family business that does such a great job feels good, and I'll definitely be coming back!

I love our Telluride and take very good care of it so although it was minor damage, it stung. Picked this place on reviews and was not disappointed. Fast, on time completion and friendly staff. My car was clean and smelled amazing. Of course no one wants to end up at an auto body shop due to damage but if you find it necessary, go with these guys.

I didn't need a new bumper; I just needed it attached securely. They said their process required them to install a new bumper; I said fine; whatever. Then, just a few months (not even years) later, it started coming really loose on one side. When I called them, they said it was because the fender was bent so they couldn't securely attach it. Why didn't they think to tell me that initially, when it mattered? I tried to get my money back, including filing a dispute on my credit card, but they won't budge. I don't know what it is with this location. 20 years ago, I used Unique in Salt Lake Valley and they took excellent care of me. Whenever we need work done at this SS location, they charge us up the yin-yang and for some reason, it always takes 50-100% longer than the time they quote us. Due to this, we will never use them again. It's sad because we like to support our local businesses, and we've had a great experience with Enterprise next door - no complaints - but I can't support this one.

I was impressed with his closing request to bring all our other car repairs and maintenance services to him. You can tell he cares about customer satisfaction as well as his customers safety. I'd expect he'd request any extra services if you needed them but he won't use the scare tactic a lot of other chain mechanics use. Upgraded to 5 star. What upset me the most is that he charged them over 1000$ which was the MAX they had approved with the provision that Ken call them beforehand. He lied right to my face and told me he called them but no one answered (to approve repairs beforehand). The lying above all else absolutely is unacceptable. Never will I go back nor will my parents go back. **update- we checked my parents phone records and he told me he had called them previous to doing the repairs to get their permission stating that he would always rather have permission before doing said repairs. He did not call. That alone is reason not to trust him, but the unprofessional manner in which he handles himself both in person and in response to this review is unacceptable. He argued with me via Yelp message instead of accepting responsibility for his part in all this. Absolutely not okay. The issue here was that the work was not communicated properly and magically you charged the Exactly what their budget was.

All of them were caused by other people except for 1, but I have used this shop for all of them. I can say, without a doubt, that this is the best body shop I have ever seen. The people there are very professional and friendly. Brandy, who handles the office, has been extremely helpful. She has even taken me home and picked me up when they didn't have a loaner available. They have recently expanded into a huge facility next to their old one (which they are now using as a painting area). They are very good at what they do. In one case, when my car was totaled, the previous owner actually found a replacement vehicle for me up in Morgan UT and drove me there to pick it up. These people go above and beyond. They also did a repair of my rear sensor for $40 when the dealer wanted $1200 for a new rear bumper. They also helped my son-in-law get a replacement rear window for his Expedition at a fraction of the cost from a dealer.
