This business has provided me with great customer service EVERY single time I have walked through the doors. I first came to him when I needed to get new brakes done. I had already gone to another business and they missed the fact that my master cylinder was bad and they wanted to just continue to replace the brake pads instead of getting to the root of the problem. Ken stopped everything he was doing and helped me. He diagnosed the REAL problem and fixed my van. Since then, I have given him all of my business when I need a repair. He does brakes (especially for those that live in the Woodland Hills area!), alignments, tire balances, any required services, new seals, etc... And he is loyal to his returning customers. One of my favorite things he does is that he is "open book," about the work he does. He lets his customers see the work that needs to be done, the parts he took off the vehicle that needed to be repaired, and the parts that he puts on the vehicle. HE IS HONEST and he shows his customers all of the work that needs to be done, (including manufacturer scheduled services as listed online) so that customers know that he is not making up anything to make a buck. He would rather be known as honest than a liar or a cheat. I have witnessed it many times as I waited in the waiting room for my vehicle to be repaired or serviced. In fact, I was recently quoted over $600 for a repair from a tire company (I went in for a balance--didn't know Ken could now do tire balances, and they told me I needed a ton of other work.) I took the quote to him and he showed me that the parts quoted were not needed, and he helped me out for a fraction of the cost. Dont trust anyone else with your car. This is the only place you'll need to go for your car needs. He is honest and tells you straight forward what the problem is. When my car broke down my husband and I took it to him. He began to work on it after he gave us an estimate of what it would be but more issues arose with the car. He called us to let us know and told us it would cost more and he asked for permission to proceed. We accepted the new price and told him to continue. Again, he found another larger problem, he called us and apologized profusely that it's taking longer and he explained what had happened with the car. He told us that he was going to keep the price where it was, that it wouldn't go any higher and that he will get the job done. When we came to pick up the car, Ken stayed true to his word. He took us back to the shop, showed us all the parts and gave us a clear explanation of what he had to do to get our car running again. It was a far more expensive job than what we had paid for. He gave us honest answers when we asked questions and he was willing to work with our situation.
