The next day the serpentine belt and A/C belt were fixed and our 1999 Honda Accord, (my Baby) was on the road again! Thank you for advising us on the oil leak also. We always go to Action Transmission for service on all of our vehicles. All of the staff here have the "Utah Attitude"! They care about their customers and are always willing to answer our questions. It may take a few minutes to get someone on the phone etc. but it's because they are again helping others. I can't say enough about this awesome business!

I had the radiator and replaced and flushed by a different shop than Action. Action then replaced my transmission. After driving the remanufactured transmission they installed, it failed. Without question, they honored their warranty and replaced it with another one free of charge. Not only did they do this, they wanted to make dang sure it didn't happen to me again, and one of the points of failure they thought could've been the radiator that other shop (not affiliated with them) claimed they flushed. I warrantied out the radiator through the other shop, and Again, at their own expense, they installed a new one for me. I am extremely grateful for action, and the good-heartedness of them.

At one point I could no longer unlock the Driver's side door from the outside or inside as the long metal arm between the locking peg and the lock itself broke off. No one made or sold that part anymore. I thought I'd have to finish my last year without a car, and then my first couple paychecks after that trying to get a newer one. The mechanics at Mitchell machined a new part and then installed it for about $20. The car saw me through commissioned officer training in the Air Force, and my young family to our first duty station on the East Coast. After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.
