The overall look around they do for your car when it comes in is appreciated, and they won't try to sell you on work you don't need then and there. I had told them this car was needed for a trip deep into Montana, and was excited to have a refreshed engine to reliably make that trip. When I received my car back, I noticed a couple bits had not been put back together correctly. Should have been a MAJOR red flag. Not only did K&S manage to crack part of my radiator, they didn't own up to it! Driving down the freeway the radiator blew the top hose from the flange they cracked. I limped the car back and they said they'd take care of it. Surprise surprise, a nice $700 bill waited for me. I love my car and I'm dissatisfied and disappointed by the level of care not taken. It's still missing multiple bolts for attaching the fans back to the new radiator, and for my hood prop. Probably because they lost them and didn't even care to use a zip tie or just tell me. I wouldn't consider coming back here for something even if it fell under the warranty. Thanks for the sh*tty work K&S! Won't be coming back!

EDIT / UPDATE: Changing my rating to 5 stars strictly…read morebecause of the General Manager, David Smith. After a very frustrating experience with staff on the floor, David personally stepped in, stood behind his word, and made everything completely right. He operates with total integrity, and I would gladly do business with him directly anytime. That said, my advice to anyone visiting this dealership is to steer clear of Swan. Swan was rude, degrading, and completely lacking in basic customer service. Dealerships live or die by their reputation, and management like David is the only reason this location retains my trust. If you go here, deal directly with David Smith--he is an outstanding GM who actually cares about doing right by his customers. ORIGINAL 1-STAR REVIEW: Save yourself the stress: Bait-and-switch pricing, unfulfilled promises, and useless service scheduling. I will never buy another vehicle from Doug Smith Kia, nor do I recommend them to anyone looking for honesty or reliable service. Deceptive Pricing & Undelivered Add-ons on New Purchases I came in to buy a 2025 Kia Telluride expecting to take advantage of their advertised $5,000 off MSRP and 0% financing deal. Instead, I experienced a complete bait-and-switch. They refused to honor the full $5,000 discount (only giving $2,500) and jacked my interest rate up to over 6%. To make matters worse, I explicitly negotiated interior and exterior ceramic coating into my deal. When I took delivery, I asked if the coating was applied, and the salesman shrugged with a vague, "I think so." I later confirmed it was never applied to the inside or outside of the vehicle. They simply threw it through a car wash and called it good. Selling Defective Used Vehicles & Zero Service Availability I also purchased a 2017 Honda HR-V for my son after being repeatedly assured by sales that the vehicle was in "perfect condition." Just two days after driving it off the lot, I found oil leaking directly onto my driveway. When I called their service department to get it looked at under warranty, they refused to take it in for nearly three weeks (October 5th). So now a car I just bought has to sit unusable in my driveway while it actively leaks fluid. Broken Service Scheduling Do not fall for their claims of an "Express Lane." If you need routine maintenance or an oil change, there is no such thing as same-day service. You have to book weeks in advance just for basic care, making their service center completely inconvenient and essentially useless if an urgent mechanical issue pops up. Doug Smith Kia relies on pushy sales tactics, false advertising, and terrible post-sale support. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

I've brought my third vehicle here now in the last 2 weeks (my Dodge Ram, my sons Nissan Murano, and now my wife's Ford Explorer). To add to my delight in this place I witnessed the manager Scott do something that I call putting the customer first. I work for Marriott and we are trained to put our guest before any of our needs. A dude asked for a certain type of oil for his vehicle that Tunex doesn't carry. I'm not sure if it's a standard thing or not. But Scott went out of his way to purchase and have the special oil delivered to the shop. It didn't take long until a service person walked in with the oil. Scott signed the invoice and made this dude the happiest person in the world. That was amazing and very commendable. I witnessed something special today. I recommend these guys to everyone. Verified that the tires I had been looking at were, in fact, NOT in stock in Lindon or Orem (as opposed to what the website said) and recommended some alternatives that were in stock. Took time to come look at my truck, brought the tire out to look at next to my truck, and found a discount for me to boot! We'll see how the tires ride and wear, but so far I'm very pleased with the value. And he saved me $900 on a set of tires over Les Schwab.
