After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.

I told him what I was looking for and asked if I could go into the yard. He pointed to another employee and said that I needed to ask him. I waited about 20 minutes for this other employee. He was still helping the same customer. He finally looked up and asked me if he could help. I told him what I needed and asked if I could get someone to go into the yard with me as was their policy(by the sign I saw). He told me no and that he could not spare anyone to go into the yard. Three other employees standing around. I told him I had called within the hour and was told that I could, He still refused. I told him that I was going to comment on the internet. Here it is. I will never go there again. The POOREST customer service I have ever experienced.

There is not way to schedule even a simple rotation. I've called several times trying to schedule It to add to an oil change. And you can't. You have no control and all they say is we have to wait and see. So if they are busy or someone comes to buy tires (the only tire appt. You can schedule btw) ) you are at the back of the line. Your tires wear uneven because lack of rotation. Not their problem. - you don't come in when it was convenient for Walmart or that they had the time to do it. So, forget about that warranty. Do yourself a favor And go somewhere else. Walmart does many things good but their process with tires is horrible
