Enter stage left: Autozone. These guys are awesome. They usually have what I need and I call ahead always to see if they have what I need. It's super convenient for Eagle Mountain folks to hit up this place and get stuff to band-aid their vehicles along. (I'm joking, but we all know, cars need regular upkeep. Especially the older ones.) Don't hesitate to stop by this location to get things you need. If anything, they have a location about 8 mins away in Saratoga Springs to get things.

We are so SO SOOOO grateful for this Automotive Repair Shop!!…read more Our previous mechanics weren't being honest with us and messed up some parts of our car so that they could charge us more for services and repairs! But it was also a blessing in disguise... because if it wasn't because of the dishonesty of the other mechanic shop.. we would've never came to C Jae's!! And they're sooo honest here!!! great people and amazing services!!! They helped us fixed the actual problem, fixed some more minor issues for free AND they have life time warranty for the major fixes that they did for us!! They found the root cause of our problems and saved us so much more money!! SERIOUSLY!! I couldn't recommend them more!!!! If you're looking for someone honest, reliable, and great at what they do. This is it! No need to go any where else!!!

Took my car in back in July. It needed an AC recharge. The lady at the front was kind, and quoted…read moreme a 1.5-2 hours for it to be done. After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.

My husband called before our visit and spoke with him on the phone and because of his great customer service, we chose this store over Ace. I arrived about 30 minutes after my call. There were two customers at the counter and four employees. One customer left and that employee asked me if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and asked if I could go into the yard. He pointed to another employee and said that I needed to ask him. I waited about 20 minutes for this other employee. He was still helping the same customer. He finally looked up and asked me if he could help. I will never go there again. The POOREST customer service I have ever experienced.

We brought our car back and our engine was on fire, Kevyn said it was because there was weather stripping that got caught in the engine from when they were doing the oil change. Kevyn refused to take responsibility for putting our lives in danger and refused to at minimum replace the trim that got damaged. He said it was our fault when there is video footage of that not being the case. 2 weeks later a customer rep called me to discuss what happened, she said they apparently Kevyn told my wife that there is a piece of weather stripping loose and my wife refused to let them fix it which is a LIE. Also, even if that was the case, what kind of mechanic would see a loose piece of weather stripping and not just put it back on??? It would take 3 seconds. Valvoline has still refused to take any responsibility

My key fob had been broken for two years after an accident involving me scaring my hubby and him throwing the keys at me thinking I was a murderer! Within seconds they had fob working, and minutes later had an appointment set up to replace my case and buttons( they didn't have my particular case in stock). As I was waiting for them to check in their stock for my case, a lady came in asking for some help with her keys. The worker helped her and ended up not charging her because it was a "simple fix". The workers are going to go out of their way to help you! As I'm checking out they ask me if I want a duplicate key fob made while they were at it. I had been looking into getting a second key made and I was quoted between $350-$450 at the dealer and two other key makers. So at first I said no but then asked for a quote. They said they would do it for $150. I nearly died! So of course I said yes and I am just waiting to get back from vacation before I do it! I will update after I get my new keys. But so far don't bother going anywhere else! They were so helpful and fantastic!
