Called the store for warranty information and my purchase record wasn't available? I found my receipt and went the store in person. They honored the warranty and placed a new battery on the counter. FYI: A good auto parts store would offer to install and battery as well as have my purchase information in their system. Cast in point: Always keep your receipts because without due diligence the new battery would have cost me out of pocket. Seems a little sketchy that my warranty information wasn't in their system. Just saying and always make sure your purchase information is in their system.

I could tell I was having some sort of battery issue, but I don't know a lot about cars, so I did my best with what knowledge I did have. Long story short, I was stranded for a period until my husband came to jump my car battery so we could get to the nearest Autozone and get some help. I've had great experiences with them in the past and this time was no different. The parking lot has a few entrances which was sort of weird, but easy enough to figure out. When we entered a nice guy named Bailey came and asked how he could help us. We described our situation and he said he could come test it. He was a good listener. He came out and attempted to test the battery, no charge at all. We decided collectively that we should get a new one. He quickly and efficiently looked up my car make, model, year, and engine and gave us a few options of batteries. We selected one, and he brought it out and asked if we needed help. We said YES! He was great. We chatted while he worked and I held a light. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Turns out he has only worked there 2 months so far. Bailey was a fantastic representative of autozone and just seemed like a good person in general. He went above and beyond to help us out while also being personable and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone and I have only had good experiences with the autozone brand.

Standing there for several minutes, I looked further to the back of the store and saw three employees plus a customer standing around a car battery on the ground. I don't understand why or how they were incapable of noticing the other customers. In fact, two more employees emerged from the back to also walk over and stare down at the battery. (!!!) I will never know what was so engaging about the battery, but it required *everyone's* attention and *everyone* had to stare at it. Two guys even tapped it with their shoes. Heck, as I stood there waiting, I, too, stared at the damn battery. After being invisible for five minutes, I finally cut the air and asked one of the men, "Um excuse me, may I get my merchandise so I can leave?" Whoa. I had broken the magic spell that the car battery held over all five of the men. For a split second they were freed from the battery's trance. One guy broke away to hand me my purchase order, while the rest of the fellas stayed huddled around the stupid m*f*'ing battery. Four stars for AutoZone carrying good products. One star for today's crummy service.

Fortunately, I had bought the warranty - I ended up needing to replace the entire steering rack, which would've been quite pricey out of pocket. Ryan and his team were so helpful throughout the whole process - identifying and explaining the problem, dealing with the warranty company (which, major kudos, they were hard to work with), and fixing it quickly so I could get back in my daily driver. I know they specialize more in custom buildouts, but their willingness to help and work with me on this more mechanical-side issue was quite commendable - they saved me a headache, and honestly heartache over my "new" truck, and bolstered my trust in them as honest, skilled mechanics. Now that my truck actually works, I'm excited to work with them in the future on my buildout! Thank you so much!

All the eletrical in our car went out we assumed we needed a battery which is something we change out every few years because Vegas summers are brutal. We changed it out but the battery light kept flashing on and off we thought we need to drive the car so the battery can juice up the car. We drove from Provo to SLC for a graduation and on our way back at around 9000 S. the electrical started going out again and we pulled over at a Maverick. We were told after making a call to a shop that its probably the alternator considering the battery change didnt fix the issue. They also told us that they werent available to take it until the next week which wasnt an option for us because we had to get back for work. I went on Yelp and Best Buds Mobile service popped up with 5 star reviews so I called. The gentleman that answered was genuine as explained that we thought it was the alternator. He gave me a quote that was within what I was willing to pay. I asked him if he had a number to a tow place so I can get it towed to them. He said "its ok we come to you". I was surprised but then "duh" it says "mobile" in their name. He also told me it would probably be about and hour and a half for them to repair. WHAT! It really did seem too good to be true. The shop we had previously called quoted us double what these guys quoted. They literally showed up within 30 min they arrived at that Maverick parking lot and probably less than the time frame he told me it would take them to fix it we were on our way back to Provo and now we are home and our car is running perfectly! These guys are a gem! I Googled the cost to replace the alternator and they were within the range. So Im going to say they are honest. I wish they were in in Vegas. But now we know if there are any car repair needs for us when in Utah or our family we will be reffering Best Buds Mobile Services. Thank you for the best auto repair service we have hands down ever had!
