Just north of Salt Lake one of our signal lights burnt out and after trying to spot somewhere on the highway we ended up Yelping this place. The staff were helpful and friendly and Jeff in particular gave us a hand. We chatted a little about our road trip and he told us his plans to visit Canada. Overall a great experience. read more

Benjamin E. was so very helpful when we needed a few things today. He ended up changing out our battery which wasn't easy as it is in the trunk of my car. He also changed out a headlight light bulb which was pretty difficult to get to and the wiper blades. He saved us a lot of time and heartache as it would have taken us way more time to do ourselves. Went in to buy a couple fuel filters just prior to close. They were visibly frustrated to see me! I was out of the store before close (not that it should matter) but they made it very uncomfortable. On several occasions I have had to help them find a part that I had previously looked up on AutoZone.com and knew they had in stock. If they can't find it quick they just tell you they don't stock it. Terrible location...too bad it's the closest one to my house. read more

I had a rough day with a malfunctioning freon charger that I bought at the Orem auto zone. I tried to return it there but they gave me grief. The gentleman at the American fork store not only exchanged the product for me, but he also went out of his way to have me pop the car's hood and take a look at the issues himself. Guy was a stud. Even though I didn't get a refund, he was quickh to exchange the product and give me advice. I won't be shopping in Orem any time soon, but the American Fork store won my business today. read more

Legitimately the most unfriendliest staff I've ever experienced at an Autozone. I don't know if it was just because it was the morning and they didn't want to be there but they were so harsh towards me as I was returning a rental tool. I should start out with I got all the right parts. Almost everyone is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Especially Jordan. That being said one guy there is a horrible human being. I think his name was Ken. I got that from him answering the phone as there was no nametag. It appeared like he royally hates his job. I needed coolant bypass elbows and the nice kid is helping me when Ken tosses the aluminum ones on the counter. I asked about plastic and he tossed those up too. I asked if these were to my car and he literally stared at me for a few seconds like I called him a name then nodded. I felt like he was trying to intimidate me. We had to order the brakes and when a girl went in to get them she came back and said this guy looked fully angry like she was bothering him. She asked about the order where he started to ask obviously demeaning questions. When I asked her what he looked like....nailed it...Ken. I will use other places from now on or online. I don't need horrible service from a horrible person. read more
