I've done lots of business here because I enjoy installing my own equipment. Ralph sells it at a fraction of the cost of other electronic retailers. He knows how to sell, but if you need to know specific information he will encourage you to find out from the manufacture then "come back and he'll cut you a deal". Make sure to bring cash because he tends to be friendlier. Although he takes plastic, but will usually charge full price because it costs more to run the cards. No extended warranties either. I always buy my stuff from Ralph. His prices are awesome. You need to have a really good idea of what you want before you go to him because he isn't very warm. He will always have one or two options for your car and it is usually perfect. I'm always very surprised with how great the setup is after I visit Ralph. He refers me to his nephew who will install all of the stuff I buy from Ralph. The installation is clean and professional and you will pay a fraction of the price for the same stuff wherever you go. My parents live in Utah and I once drove my own car from Chicago instead of renting partly because I knew that I could buy stereo equipment from Ralph. Now I live in California and have bought a few new cars and rotate driving them when I go to Utah. read more

The guy who owns this place is a jerk. Not worth it for the prices offered. He isn't helpful at all, but seems to operate on cut-throat prices to stay in business. Unfortunately for him, you can get better prices online. read more

The guy is a jerk. I've never written a review on yelp but I had to warn people about this place. He knows his stuff, gives you a few recommendations, but doesn't give much info. His prices are really good but you can find similar prices, if not the exact same, on amazon. Won't let you do research on the products in his store, he has a no phone policy. Working with Ralph has always been a great experience. Just like any other high volume company, you need to do your research before showing up. If you do it right you will save 15-30 percent. I buy from him at least 6-8 times each year. Never had any issues. read more

Piece of shiz service and products all around. 1- The location is a pile of mess with no organization what so ever. 2. It smells rancid from all the cats running around 3. service is horrendous, with comments of," you wont find a better price on that, but don't you dare pull out any electronic device to look that statement up." 4. Did I mention he doesn't allow electronic devices, ie cellphones, to be on in his store? 5. Even with me, a return customer that has spent hundred, I try to send a text and am ruddy told that I need to leave and have burned my bridges with his store.
