I called in to see if pro audio could install a GPS tracker on one of my cars. They said yes, and I brought the tracker in and during the installation the tracker that I brought in damage my vehicle. Colton, one of the technicians, took full responsibility of the broken part on my vehicle (which wasn't his fault) and replaced it free of charge and also installed a new tracker that worked. I went in at 4. They said they could take me in then and told me to come back at 530. Apparently I was missing a part in my radio and they didn't have it. They told me to order it off amazon. But I wasted 1.5 hours waiting for them to do nothing on my car and they didn't call me to come back. They said the price to install my radio was $90 and I went to another place and they charged me $40. I would recommend looking outside of Provo. read more

Worked with this place a couple times when we installed DVD players into our vans. WAY over priced and the products they use are cheap and keep breaking. At least they give a year warranty, but even with that, we had to pay an additional $300 to have them replace one of the broken DVD players since they didn't carry the same one anymore, and the new better one was a different size:( Didn't feel like that was fair. Also wasn't the most impressed with the additional speakers they installed for us. read more

I came to Pro Audio to have remote start installed on my car. After calling up a few different places in the valley that offered the service, Pro Audio had the best price. I scheduled my appointment over the phone and dropped my car off at 9am on a Tuesday, around 2pm that afternoon they called me to tell me it was complete and I could pick it up anytime. I'm so pleased with the service and quality of product received! Since I had already purchased the parts to have the system installed they only charged me for the service, if you're looking to save some money I would recommend that. read more

I needed a new DVD player for my van and luckily ran across some outstanding reviews on Pro Audio that made me decide to go there. I immediately found out why they have such happy customers. They are amazing! I was worried about feeling like a fish out of water in an audio store, but they answered all of my questions and got me just what I needed. Their prices are really fair, and their customer service is honestly some of the best I have ever received from any store. The sales rep went out of her way to help me, and the technician happily stayed after the store closed to explain to me everything about my new system. Excellent service. I was referred here after having work done on my car at a local shop. My horn was "broken" or being interfered with by my alarm, so I went by to see if they could fix it. Dave followed me to my car and popped my hood. He spent 15 minutes looking for the horn which he found hanging out of the bottom of my car. (Don't know how my mechanic didn't take care of it when they were working right next to it) All the while he pointed out repairs and after market parts and helped me understand what he was looking at. After telling him I was planning a big road trip he pointed out that my tires needed to be replaced before I went, and continued further to tell me good places to buy tires. Once he located my horn he explained that it needed to be mounted to work properly. He grabbed his tools and mounted it right away. He refused to take payment even though he worked with me for close to 25 minutes. He took care of me like I was a friend and I would refer anyone here! I would like to share my experience with Pro Audio. This is my first time ever leaving a review! I was searching out where to purchase a complete sound system for my classic Chevy C-10 and was instructed to purchase it online by a competitor ( which I did) and they would install it. After receiving the equipment I called that competitor back and they were less than accommodating. I looked for another installer in Utah County as I live an hour away. I found Pro Audio! They worked me in on a Saturday for the install. While installing Colton found several wiring issues which he repaired at no charge. The install was great and I took the truck home! The next day it blew a fuse on the amp so I called Rachell and she shared this with Colton. He looked up the amp and determined that my internet source supplied me with the wrong fuse size. I changed fuse and it still blew. Colton drove to my home an hour away on a Sunday at no charge and determined my voltage regulator was bad. He helped me replace it! Problem solved! I asked what I owed and his response was we stand behind our work!!! OMG HAVE NEVER SEEN CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS A+++++, thanks Dave, Rachell and especially Colton! read more
