The move-in process was so easy and convenient. The building is spotless and feels very secure, and well managed. I'm really impressed. I'm really happy I chose this location.

We returned a truck to this location when we were moving and I have to say that outside of the location and availability of trucks, I would not recommend this location. The service was absolutely atrocious. The rep at the counter had the worst attitude and I was shocked that she was working in customer service honestly. The return process was fairly simple and they had the lot laid out well to make the process as easy as possible, but on our return we were directed to go inside to the counter and that is where it all went downhill. It was a simple return, however her attitude made our brief interaction one to remember and is the reason that I won't recommend this particular location.
